Very clean, nice environment. Would recommend.

Overall, it wasn't bad. Cleanliness was well managed for the price, but in absolute terms, there were some parts that were a bit disappointing. Also, the luggage of the guests was not organized, and the sound of the curtains opening and closing was a bit annoying.

It's OK for one person to live here. The bed is clean, the corridor is a bit crowded, and the space is small. It's OK for a one or two day stay. The roommates are very quiet, mostly men, and they can put down their luggage if they have little luggage. It's a 25-minute walk from Ginza.

The experience was very bad. The overall facilities were not old, but the sanitation was extremely poor... The entire bathroom was not managed, and no one cleaned up the waste paper piled on the desks.

Hotel location is not bad. Being quite close to the station and in an area with many of the grandest offices in Tokyo, nothing was dangerous or noisy. The cleanliness was also good considering that it is a guesthouse. Except for the capsule where you go in and sleep, there is no personal space, so it's cluttered because I put all my luggage on the floor or hallway, but the toilet and bed were clean. The service has nothing to rate. When I went, there were no staff at all. Check in on the tablet in English, register for face check-in, and after check-in, the capsule number and check-in number will be sent to the email address you entered. In fact, even if there is a staff, there is nothing to receive service, and you can do it yourself. At first, I went in not knowing that they were doing this via e-mail, and after waiting for a while, I asked foreign guests to find my seat. There is a hair dryer. We provide body wash, shampoo and treatment. The bathroom is also clean, which is fine. There is also a refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. There was nothing functionally lacking during my stay, but when I went, people chatted with each other and it wasn't anything like that, so I was a bit bored. However, there is really only one capsule, so it is somewhat not recommended for travelers with a lot of luggage. There is no problem with backpackers or light carriers, but I had a hard time.

Clean and hygienic service is good

I spend a total of 1 week there and I felt very welcomed by the staff. The staff was very professional and I recommend everyone to go there. It's a safe place with a nice atmosphere. I was recognised at the door by an automated system. There was a safe, slippers and umbrellas at the entrance. Then there was the common area with TV, fridge, hot water and a microwave. The beds were larger than I thought, and provided with individual light. There were enough bathrooms for everyone, providing gel, shampoo, conditionner, hairdryers and paper to dry your hands.
