Feeling easy and comfortable with all basic supplies available. Although the couch in the room is a bit worn, overall it is a nice experience. Lobby Christmas decoration is decent and festive, great and enjoyable atmosphere!

I prefer to stay at normal room, not accessible/assistance room. I prefer the toilet bowl with toilet lid in the room. I understood the set up for disability customer. I would like to stay in other room, not using the room that is for people in need. I didn’t request to change it because I only stay for a night. Check in and check out service is good, breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and polite. When you step in the hotel, feel like home.

The staff at the reception desk were always friendly and welcoming. The private parking was an extra expense.

Good evening. The time indicated in the fine is 21, the minute is the paperwork at the hotel. I spent the night in this Hotel, paid money for the parking for the paperwork in the Hotel. There were no empty seats in this parking, after which the hotel workers told me to move to the free parking. 10//23/23. 23:47.....11/06/23. 00:09.

Toilet didnt flush properly and sink was blocked, the worst is the rude manager Mohin who doesn't let you speak if you have a concern, and jumps to the defence. Also they overcharged my card and instead of refunding I was told to go to the police! The only good thing is the location and the rooms were clean, breakfast was ok too.

The hotel near the shopping centre even the shopping centre is not that much shop… but 1 night is acceptable as you can get what you want … The breakfast is standard.

The holiday inn are pretty good all round hotel …. Good location- comfortable- shower- and a bit of breakfast…. Good value on the whole ….

A good hotel which is based centrally in Harlow. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Breakfast is good and well stocked.

Just a night stayed and was pleasant. Close to amenities and bus terminus too. I would lodge again possibly for a longer period.
