Very nice location

The toilets stank tremendously and the smell never went away. The cleanliness was OK. There were just a few small stains on the bed sheets. On the last day we used the hotel's transport service. We paid 1500 lira for a Vito to take us to the airport. We had to wait half an hour until a taxi finally came to take us to the airport. If I hadn't complained, we would have paid 1500 lira for a taxi ride. The hotel staff gave me 300 lira back, but 1200 lira for a taxi ride is still too expensive. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's not like the pictures but it's ok as a hotel

Poorly equipped, small, and smelling hotel! Small dark suffocating rooms, no space for movement, no space to put your staff or your luggage! No repair for broken lamps! No linen change for a week! No cleaning under beds! No cleaning for windows! Air-conditioner in front of the beds and very near to them. Result: we are all sick!!!!! Once you're sick never ask for help! Nobody will listen to you. We didn't ask; other people did, but certainly received no help of any kind!!! Insects of different kinds! It is literally "Ant"!!!! Terrible pillows, in case you find any! Small dirty and dark bathrooms! Bad quality soap and Shampoo! Unfriendly stubborn staff mostly refusing to talk any of the world languages nor to change any of the ugly rooms you're forced to accept! N.B. In the presence of Turkish guides or friends they become suddenly polite and friendly! Desk men in the reception, especially the morning guy is impolite, unfriendly, always angry (he smiled once, the day we left, probably whispering "Good Riddance" to our group!) Less than humble breakfast. You literally find nothing to eat nor to drink. Coffee was very bad and the coffee machine was broken the last day!!!!!! We starved (everything finishes at 8 am!) till we find the first coffee shop after going out. And in fact, the best thing to do is to leave the so called "hotel" as soon as possible. Of course, we couldn't change it because it was the agency's worst choice! In a word, if you ever respect yourself make sure, you, or your travel agency, will not book in the heart of ugliness: "The Grant Ant" Hotel!!!!!!!!

We arrived at this hotel at dawn, after where we were not received in the previous hotel, if I must point out that the previous hotel managed it, the neighborhood is bad, the room had a view of an endless wall, good breakfast and friendly staff

This hotel ruined our stay. Old and dusty room, dirty and non-functional bathroom. We tested the breakfast only once, both the drinks and the food were terrible. And finally the very disreputable neighborhood

It is important to note that it is a 3 star, and that is what it is. No more no less. And it's very cheap. It has everything you need. A 24-hour reception, comfortable room, refrigerator that is empty but cools well, large windows, a bathroom with shower and screen, bath gel, shampoo, hand soap, towels every day, closet, comfortable beds, a large breakfast room , comfortable. That said, and once expectations are already anchored in the fact that it does not have 4 or 5 stars, it is really valued much more as a possible option. It has no luxuries, none. There is no water in the room, no individual amenities, or smoked salmon for breakfast, but it has everything you need. The staff is incredibly friendly. The location is 15-20 minutes from the Grand Bazaar, but along a pleasant walk full of shops. In fact, it is 5 minutes from other well-known hotels that claim to be next to the grand bazaar, then this hotel is too. Furthermore, we have not had the slightest problem, something that other fellow travelers who stayed in well-known 4-star hotels cannot say... So, unless you are extremely picky, you can stay at this hotel and make better use of it. your financial savings. By the way, at breakfast they have chocolate cream that is delicious hehehe.
