The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is good, I recommend a good cafe very close by and there is a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby, you can see it in the pictures I attached

My family stayed 5D at M Village Hai Ba Tra Duplex and here comes my reviews: + Spacious  + Value for money  + Excellent front desk service  + Complimentary bottled water  + Complimentary usage of washing machine and laundry detergent + 1 min walk to cafe serving breakfast at 7am for travellers leaving at early hours + 1 min walk to Noir massage spa - Housekeeping can be better. Sandy bed and ants in kitchen. Suggest to vacuum the room instead of just mopping. - No direct lift access to 7th floor. Stop at 6th and climb up. Should indicate in the write-up. - Aircon unit in master bedroom is quite loud

At the first night of my stay here, I heard some noise like insects flapping wings. The next day when I entered my bathroom, I saw the dead body of a big cockroach on the floor. I’m pretty sure it was not there when I took a bath. So it must crawl from somewhere, maybe pipes or ceilings, unexpectedly. I do understand that in tropical countries, seeing such unpleasant visitors is unavoidable. I was glad that the dead body had been removed promptly after I reported it to the reception. Except that, everything else about this hotel was super good. I would consider living here again next time when I visit HCM city.

Had a stay at this M Village property in HCMC during my recent layover / transit through SGN airport. Property is located in the heart of vibrant district 1 area with several nearby attractions and eateries. Rooms are well maintained and super clean. Architecture is elegant and chic with perfect blend of modernity and minimalism. My room was large and had everything as listed and stay was smooth and comfortable. Harley at front desk was a wonderful host and she got in touch before I arrived to understand and take care of any specific needs well in advance. She also helped me with last minute booking of a taxi for drop at airport on the last minute as my pre-booked cab didn’t arrive on time. Would highly recommend stay at this property and would love to explore some of their other locations as well across Vietnam.

A little inconvenient to get a Grab, especially during rush hours, but there are lots of dining options within walking distance from the hotel.

Location is amazing, service is top notch, and the cleanliness is impeccable. There were few occasions of dirty sheets but I told him to change it, and they did it immediately. Free washer and dryer in the common area as well. This place just amazed me for its price.
