Big modern room, clean, good water pressure, hot water. New TV, fridge. Stiff bed as I like. Not in the center but the bus stop is near, 72 route to the center. Huge food supermarket nearby. Good value for the price.

Fairly new hotel with super clean rooms, great housekeeping and front desk personnel. Shopping mall nearby. Best value around as far as I can tell. Balcony rooms are really awesome.

One of the better chain accommodations in Saigon. Not bad.

The Hotel Bin Bin 9 is minimalist but comfortable and very clean. The room was sufficiently spacious and pleasant. Perhaps it lacked an armchair and bedside lamps; there were only spotlights on the ceiling. Excellent mention for the shower pressure! The air conditioning was also very good with the option of night and silent settings, which is a real plus! A kettle is available but there is no coffee or tea. Two small bottles of water a day are very welcome. There is no soap at the washbasin. Just in the shower. The internet was of good quality. The hotel is not located in a tourist area but it is a shame that the reception staff do not speak and understand English well. One of them did, however, try to understand and help me by using Google Translate on his phone. In short, a very good hotel to stay in without extras, but very clean and comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

Great location & walking distance to Lotte Mart. It’s my 2nd stay at this place. Place is clean & quiet above level 2. Water heater is hot & aircon is cool.

I actually stayed there for two weeks. During this period, I did not ask for daily cleaning. I clean it almost every four days. This time it was like waiting until the sixth day for a new cleaning staff to come and clean my room. It's really speechless. The boss' assistant also said that the cleaning staff was very pitiful and had no job. Was it an internal matter of their hotel company that they told the guests to gain sympathy? This has nothing to do with the guests. Moreover, the front desk did not hand over the matter to the boss' assistant. The boss' assistant did not know the whole situation until he came to my side, but I clearly reacted at the time.

I liked the hotel. The room is clean. The towels are white. The administrators are polite, they helped with all the questions. The mattress is hard, but it's fine for me. If someone is critical about different noises, then the audibility is high. And for some reason the water is slightly warm. I did not find out, because I stayed one night. For an additional fee, you can agree on an early check-in and late check-out.
