Breakfast is great! Japanese style. Staff not speak English well but nowadays people use Google Translate so that's not a problem at all. Hot Spring is good too because not many guests using it during my stay.

I stay at this hotel a few months ago. Impressed by hotel staffs. They are professional and friendly. The room is clean and tidy. Dinner and breakfast were great. Recommend this hotel for visitor.

Nice hotel in quiet location. Love the room size and river view. Both dinner & breakfast were good. The bed was firm but the pillow was too soft. They don't give extra pillow. A short drive to shopping mall - AEON & Daiso.

Interesting onsen links to a mineral water company. The water plant is near the onsen. Clean room and comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast and dinner are delicious. Recommended stay.

Good onsen facility and quality of water

When I made the reservation, there was no answer to any questions or guidance regarding a 9-year-old child, but they charged an additional 10,000 yen per night??? I don't remember the exact amount, so there may be errors. Even though the room wasn't upgraded and I didn't receive any services, I paid 200,000 won for 2 nights. Oh, my child went to the hot spring twice. The water is good, but the man at the front desk is really unfriendly. I'm so upset ㅜㅜ

It's a bit far from the city center, but the nearby Aeon Mall is within walking distance, so it's not inconvenient. I recommend it to families traveling by rental car. We were very satisfied with the hot spring kaiseki meal.

Check in at Hita Station. The hotel is located some distance away from Hita Station. The service is very good. Dinner and breakfast are very traditional Japanese food. The hot springs are also very good. It is a perfect ending to the journey!

The hygiene is really poor. There are stains in many places and they are obviously not cleaned. The hot springs are average, not comparable to the top ones. The breakfast was above average and the service was pretty good and enthusiastic.

This trip I chose to stay and eat two meals. The hotel staff were very courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious and very comfortable. The hotel parking spaces were sufficient and convenient.

In Hita City, there is a large supermarket and department store next to Hita Town, which is very convenient. The hotel's view of the river and traditional Japanese houses is very healing. In addition, the hotel provides natural water, which is very delicious. The dinner is also very rich, and the roast beef is delicious. You can consider this hotel when traveling to Hita.
