I had a pleasant stay here with my family. We stayed for pleasure/business off-base, and from the moment we arrived, the reception to the domestic has been brilliant and helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Leisure facilities and areas were all clean and tidy, very appealing. Leonardo Hotel taught of everything, so you can pack light, all necessities were provided and in vast quantity, Thank you, Leonardo! The centre of the stairway also gives a cruise ship vibes (I will add pics), which I thought was brilliant, and have I mentioned the breakfast. Now, this is the first hotel I've been to where i see they offered takeaway supplies (containers, tea cups) for people on the go, SPLENDID IDEA, and the breakfast was lovely. The overall aspect for me was the ambience, which flows through the entire property. Every room you enter gives that tranquil feeling, from the low lighting to the smooth melody, it makes breakfast feel like I'm in a 6* restaurant. I recommend this place for anyone, it is also great for kids, my kids (1, 16, 9) enjoyed it, especially the pool. I will definitely come back!!!

Good stay. Room was large and swimming pool and hot tub were heated.

The front desk staff provided the worst service I have ever experienced, exhibiting an unprofessional and rude attitude. Upon entering my room, we were shocked to find it infested with numerous spiders. The shower gel bottle was completely empty when we were given the room. It then took the housekeeping staff over 40 minutes to bring a replacement after we called to request. Remember book the pool in advance, however the pool area is not very clean. This hotel is poorly managed and is failing to maintain basic standards of customer service and cleanliness.

Poor front desk customer service. The room is not available for the designated check in time. The front desk lady is very impolite, without any smile and told us that we need to wait for over an hour or 5 hours for the check in as the room is first come first service basis even we paid already. We waited for an no air lobby, asking for room every 5 minutes and waited over hours for the room without any “ sorry or “ thank you”.

Excellent location if visiting the Triumph Motorcycle visitor centre. Good value. The breakfact is worth having. It is a conference hotel and very specious. The pool and Gym are good. Plenty of car parking.

Definitely would go again if and only if it is free of charge! Couldn’t order room service as you couldn’t give a phone call to do so! Down to the its restaurant to have dinner but had been waiting for over an hour (the restaurant manager offered complement drinks as apology!). What a big hotel with several hundred of rooms but have a small swimming pool and jacuzzi so you could only enjoy less than an hour per day (which hasn’t been mentioned when you booked it!). Poor WiFi connection in guest room. Weekend staff seemed to be part time who wouldn’t care what you want! We stayed 3 days 2 nights and only 1 gentleman staff on Monday morning provided excellent service to each guest!

This is a good hotel nearby. The room is a bit small and the bed is not very comfortable.
