Fairfield by Marriott does its job as an airport hotel. If you have an early morning flight, consider this. Airport shuttle starts at 2 a.m. But the soundproofing of the rooms is a bit disappointing. You can hear a loud bang whenever someone closes their door. Also, my room had a horrible motor sound from the air con. So, if you are a light sleeper, you been warned!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the attentiveness of the staff there was outstanding. When they found out about my early departure time, they kindly prepared a meal box for the next morning.

Perfect hotel to fly from in Jakarta. Used the airport shuttle to get to the airport. Breakfast was complete all the choices you need. What ai personally liked was the gym, small but okay. If you skipped a week during holiday, this is a nice warming up place.

The staffs are very friendly, we had morning flight, they prepared the take aways. Free shuttle bus from hotel to the airport, not sure airport to hotel, but it is value added part, the hotel should make it known for its guests. The only part is there is only one cup in the room, no refill of coffee and tea for a two nights stay for 2 pax.

Was checked in for one night for work. Location was considered near to the CGK Airport. Service was great & they also went the extra mile to assist us to arrange for airport transfers both ways. Thanks a lot, appreciate the help! Will be back :)

Available for pick up service at the airport. Very good service👍. The room and bed are satisfied. Only The bathroom has bad smell and make us not comfort in the room.

Stayed for a night -- travelled from Bandung and need to catch early morning flight back to Tokyo from CGK Airport. Hotel and staff are nice. It is pitty that they do not have airport shuttle on request (need to follow the timetable which is waaaay ... to early). I think it's just my badluck when I stayed there because there were so many noisy C***ese guests in the hotel but well ... not the hotels' fault. All in all, an airport hotel with way better cost performance compared to some of their competitors nearby.

By my fortune, I travel with my friend who booked via Marriot Bon Voy. She got a call directly from the hotel for a pick up. So we went to the hotel by this service. I hope that Trip.Com should consider addling this service to your clients, free of charge. Other wise, we would have to wait a free shutter bus for every one hour. The hotel facilities, amenities, food, and service are excellent.
