Pretty weird checkin. Hard to understand with & how the reception works, -0 comunication (they don’t even try). After having seen the outside and the corridor of the building, the room looks better than expected. Smell of smoke entered inside the room. AC. Enough for a stop before crossing the border.

Great place for a one night stay. General cleanliness was fine but can be improved, especially in the bathroom area.

I stayed only one night. The hotel is close to the train station. Everything was okay and as expected, especially considering the affordable price and previous reviews.

a normal budget, good for an layover to ride the train. Cleaning could be a little bit better. Next to the hotel there's an quite good place to eat. So you can sleep and eat well by a reasonable price.

The home-cooked food offered looked delicious, but being vegetarian, sadly I couldn't try it. The hosts were beyond helpful, going to great lengths to help me sort out transportation problems with by ebike, after I discovered there was no luggage consignment available at Hekou North train station. They were willing to store my bike for free until I returned, but in the end managed to organise transport to Lijiang with a local logistics company which I would never have found myself, after all the major firms refused. Can't praise them enough - wonderful people.

We had to change our plans for staying here, and did not end up using the facility. Thank you very much to host for understanding and accomodating our change in plans.

Located near nice park and in a walking distance from 河口北站 （about 1,7 km),room is ok, big window with a nice view on the mountains, clean and comfy bed, big bathroom, kettle and complimentary water, stuff is very friendly and helpful, the guy from reception helped me with bags

Horrible room with no WiFi & don't change towel the next day & no room cleaning.i booked 2 nights of stay & 2 days evening I want to checked out before my actual day of check out they still want me to pay another 30 CYN.Will never book this hotel again next time no photo to support.

The room was big and clean. It was close to the border with soms restaurants nearby. Only the badroom was dirty and fool of mold. The water was coming out of the roof, it was definitely not from one day. We actually just saw it after our son was asleep so we didn’t say something, because we didn’t wanted to move. But probably if you say something there are better rooms. The rest of the room was clean.

Clean, big room, good standard. Location is near the train station, which is very good.
