I heard that Russia is visa-free, so the elders in my family went all the way to Heihe for a day trip abroad 😂 After looking for a place to stay for a long time, they finally settled on the Traders Hotel. Let's get to the point. Although the hotel is listed as a four-star hotel, the hardware is a bit outdated, but the software and services are still good. The room is spacious and has a good view. The scenery outside the window is really northern. It has started to snow heavily in November. I heard from my family that on the first day I arrived at the hotel, the reserved room type was no longer available. After communicating with the hotel manager, I was later upgraded to a suite (Picture 5). The area is really big haha. I would also like to express my gratitude to the hotel. It’s me who is the elder in the family. The reservation was successfully resolved without even calling back, which indeed reflects the high level of hotel management. I have been trusting the Ctrip platform for many years. Whether I am going out alone or making reservations for my family, I never worry about unpleasant situations. This is very worry-free. I heard that the breakfast at the hotel is also good. There is a quite large supermarket on the first floor, so you can go shopping to relieve your boredom without leaving the hotel on a snowy day. Let me give you a positive recommendation when I get home. The actual photos look really worth recommending. It’s just that it’s not a good time to travel to Heihe. It’s too cold in winter😁

Parking is convenient, and it is nice to enjoy the scenery outside the city, and there is a small window that can be opened. The prices in the supermarket downstairs are very reasonable and very good. The heating is strong and warm. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, and the shower door is not very scientific. The dining environment on the 19th floor for breakfast is great. You can see Heilongjiang directly and the dishes are rich. Unfortunately, it was too cold when we went there at 8:00. I wanted to continue it for another day, but forget it, let’s not talk about it.

The service ability of the front desk staff is worrying. There are a lot of people checking in, especially checking out. It is very slow and cumbersome. The location is very good, the facilities are old and the hygiene is average. Please bring your own bath towels. The bath towels provided are probably old.

A very old hotel, the facilities are like those from the 1990s. The most ridiculous thing is that mobile phones do not accept the hotel's WIFI, indicating that the protocol is too old 😂

來黑河旅遊能住到這麼好的酒店簡直太感動了！酒店設施完善，乾淨衞生，服務人員也真的很貼心，態度也不錯，可以説有求必應了，在十九樓餐廳吃了早餐種類也很齊全有好幾十種，還有現煮的麪條！風景真的很美，來這裏拍照也不錯👍推薦大家來住！

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨。酒店地址非常優越，就在界河邊，中國最大的紅旗，景色非常好，不得不提一下19樓旋轉餐廳，早餐精緻，全方位落地玻璃窗。視野無敵，可以一邊吃早餐一邊看俄羅斯街道。非常棒，下次還來

酒店的房間很乾凈，窗户對面就是俄羅斯，而且不僅僅是房間的窗户，在19樓吃早餐也可以看見俄羅斯，最最最特別的是，健身房還有桌球提供，這個真是太驚喜了！
