Stayed for 3days room was clean went to make fold out lounge for son bed broken moved to new room but when it was time to sleep laying on bed was like laying on a hill laying head first pool was not heated got up to have coffee on veranda in the morning a the guy upstairs was smoking *** the smell was so strong told staff to be told that sum appartments are private

This hotel was amazing. Perfect infact. Bed was super comfortable, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash was amazing I've actually bought my own set for home. Highly recommended. We would stay again forsure

The overall service is good, the location is good, there are restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores around, the room is a bit old, the hygiene is good, the parking lot costs AUD15 overnight, and you need to find a free parking spot on the roadside~

The room is big, with a bathtub and a sauna. But the parking fee is unreasonable and the parking space is small. I almost couldn't find a place to park.

This is the scariest hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet seemed to have been soaked by water, and the ground was uneven and everything was black when I stepped on it, which reflected the hotel. They said there was nothing they could do! It's really unacceptable as an apartment hotel and I won't choose this one again.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The view from the high-rise rooms is great, and you can see all kinds of large parrots flying around.
