Came back after more than 10 years. Still the same, love the vibes. Even though it's quite old hotel, but everything is perfect

Everything is up to my expectation. Seafood tomyam for breakfast is top notch. My kids enjoy the tomyam not sure how many times they repeat. Always my favhotel whenever we go to hatyai

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. Comfortable enough for sleep after tiring day trip. Room was cleaned and tidy. But this time, our room was a bit old compared to our previous stay. The bathroom was too old, the air conditioning was noisy due to aging factor 😅. Overall, the stay was good and value for money. Hopefully the management will upgrade / refurnish/ refurbish a lil bit on certain rooms ( too old room especially toilet). Forget to mention, the hotel’s restaurant is halal.

Value of money and have pool and facilities. The staff are friendly and they allow me to check in early when I arrive

The room we were given was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the breakfast—fully halal and served with a variety that catered to every taste. From fresh fruits to warm pastries and traditional dishes, it was a fantastic start to each day. For what we received, the value for money was truly impressive. It's rare to find a place that offers such a high standard without breaking the bank. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a comfortable, satisfying stay.

We were informed that our booking wasn’t available upon arrival. The hotel still managed to squeeze us in which was great. Not so great part was the cleanliness and the soundproof. We were able to hear the next doors’ full conversation throughout the night. The lock for the sliding door to balcony was malfunctioning too. Appreciate if the hotel can look into the safety of guests. Quite rundown and many more areas to be improved.

Everything was perfect except for the shower part.No proper hot water this time during shower for 4D3N.Been here for twice..The first time was on January and this time July...Got ample parking space.

Best hotel for otd and family's

Everything is good accept they don't provide iron box we need rent it from the receptionist.

Good accommodation for short stay at Hatyai and value for money!

Bad experience due to very poor customer service . they are unable to talk in eng or even malay to even understand what we are asking . it was basic eng/malay to ask abt shutterbus. They had abt 4 ppl at counter . 2 couldnt assist us as they cant understand at all anf the other 2 just dont bother . Basic customer service is not even there . We ended up not being able to ask anything .

Nice for stay on short trip. Got swimming pool

Water pressure at level 7 very slow.. Airconditioner not cool.
