Nice hotel, really clean and quite peaceful even if it stays close to the airport. The decoration is really comfy, the bed is good, and I loved the tv and the fact that you can make coffee (offered by them).

It was okay, although the room felt slightly stuffy as the "climate control system" didn't appear to control the climate very well.

Location is ok accessible by paid shuttle bus from and to airport

It was a decent hotel. Close to airport and has a bowling alley next to it to kill some time when waiting on a plane. Decent food and lovely staff.

Overall, this hotel is quite nice. The breakfast was excellent value for money, and I was very full afterward. The hotel arranged my room according to the request I sent before my arrival, which was a lovely touch. However, the mattress was dirty, as shown in one of the photos. In addition, the carpet in the room was very old and stained, with many visible marks from spills by previous guests.

Location, facilities, services all very good. Breakfast starts at 4:30am for people’s convenience, and lunch/dinner available all day. Very helpful staff, large comfortable public area for waiting. A little supermarket is available in the foyer for snacks & essentials. We also received a free late check out until 5pm just by signing up. Very good value for the money

The first hotel stay in England after 25 years and didn’t disappoint. Despite the very short stay (＜ 8 hours), I could see the full service and adequate facilities for travellers. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, and I particularly liked the bathing soap because of its smell. The room was clean, and spacious enough for me to organise my luggage and move around. Will definitely visit again if I’ve got a chance.

It's quite a depressing hotel. The corridors are like an institution. The rooms are only basic (i stayed at the ibis budget near the airport two weeks prior to this stay, that is a much better experience) All in all there are much better, more cheerful hotels in the same area for the same money. I probably wouldn't book this place again

Friendly and efficient check in. Corridors and room very tired and in need of refurb. Badly stained carpet.  Hot shower. Comfy bed but the usual synthetic pillows which I hate. Room incredibly hot even at lowest aircon. Tried to open windows but couldn’t. Good coffee in coffee shop.  Really, really slow at checkout.  Can’t fault location with hopper bus right outside front door. Picked this hotel over others as it was slightly cheaper for the required night. I’ll continue to shop around rather than prefer this hotel but it served its purpose for my stay.

Very easy to get to Heathrow central on the cheap TFL bus a little dated but overall fine hotel for the price

Place was nice staff was nice just the facts there was no channels for the tv other than that it’s an amazing establishment for the location and price wise I’d go back and stay in the future for sure

East to get to! The entrance was very hot! Many busses to Heathrow but not clear of where to wait, a sign would have done good. Slept like a baby!
