The room is spacious and bright, with elegant decoration and two beautiful oil paintings. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and extended my check-out time when she heard that I was taking a night train. The suite has three types of rooms, and the front desk explained them clearly during check-in. Since we arrived early, we were free to choose. We ultimately opted for a suite with windows, featuring two large 1.8-meter beds. The only issue was the noise from the outdoor air conditioning unit, but it was tolerable. However, for light sleepers, it might not be ideal. The candies provided by the hotel were delicious. On the day of departure, as we had a lot of luggage, the front desk kindly lifted the barrier to allow our Didi car to enter the parking lot to pick us up. Areas for improvement: The bathroom lacked hooks for hanging towels and clean clothes, which was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, there is a sloped area in the corridor leading to the room, posing a potential safety hazard.

The overall environment, facilities and sanitary conditions are very good, but the room temperature is not good, the heating is not good, the central air conditioning can't get enough heat, I was shivering with cold. I asked the front desk and they said there was no heating. But I don't understand why the corridor of the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine opposite has to open the windows to get hot. Isn't it a heating company?

The front desk service was very considerate. When checking in, they told me that I could call at any time if I didn’t have enough water.
