Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel (Sofia Church) Reviews

Had an excellent experience at the Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel. All of the staff members are willing to assist us and make sure we have the best experience staying at this hotel and in Harbin. We had never run out of toiletry items in our room, these items are filled whenever possible. I celebrated my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the staff member even prepared a surprise for us! This hotel is located in a convenient spot. The majority of the sightseeing sites are within walking distance, and the subway station is right across the hotel. This is a Songhua River-visible hotel. It has meeting rooms, gift shops, and a gym. The only thing that can be improved is the carpet's cleanliness. The carpet has visible stains, which is understandable since it is hard to clean. Would definitely stay in this hotel again! Thanks to all the staff members.

The location of the hotel was excellent about 5 mins walk from the central street. Rooms were large, clean.& Very comfortable. I was especially surprised by one of their staff's above & beyond service. The staff at the self service laundry room not only helped me do my laundry but also ironed some items when I came back to retrieve them after a day out touring Harbin. Also great service from Jenny the F & B manager at the restaurant. She came to talk to us and assisted us with our needs. Great job!

This hotel is really fantastic starting with good locations, just next to cable car. On our first day, we were warmly welcomed by conceiger. Really appreciate at breakfast- Jenny service. 餐厅很棒，设施环境. She’s v warm and shared Harbin good places of attractions. Also brought many good delicacies which was posted in the pictures. Our housekeeping master - 刘亚静。 she’s very sensitive to our needs and make sure our unit is superb clean.

Harbin is truly beautiful in spring, and my stay at the Habsburg Hotel made the experience even more delightful. The room was well-furnished and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful, thoughtfully provided tips on little note cards, adding a personal touch to the experience. Every detail was carefully considered. The hotel offers a lounge, a gym, and a convenient self-service laundry area. The staff, always well-dressed and attentive, regularly checked in to ask about my stay and travel plans. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, featuring an array of local specialties. Jenny and Air were especially friendly and helpful during breakfast, offering travel tips and introducing me to local dishes. The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the metro and the main shopping street, Zhong Yang Da Jie. This area, the most historically significant part of town, is perfect for exploration and discovery. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything in the hotel is impressively good. The room was beautiful and the service was excellent. Including all the men and women working in reception, the restaurant and the housekeeping. Mrs. Air in the restaurant is extremely kind and she has very professional experience in offering exceptional service to all customers in the restaurant. The housekeeping lady working on the 16th floor during my stay was also exceptional. She was making the room and a very professional on the way and impressively quick. In general, during the time I spent in this hotel , everything and everybody working in the hotel was Really impressive. I sincerely thank all of them and I would definitely stay in this hotel again and again in the future.

Lovely hotel . Good location near everything. Breakfast service staff Ms Huang is very helpful.  Most of the staff there is helpful and polite . Definitely will be back

Near Sophia Church, ZhongYang Street and Cable just 750m from hotel. In breakfast time i personaly thank you Ms Jenny 黄艳华 Manager for very caring us and so friendly as well as bring us the yogurt every morning, also i would like to say thank you to the FB Ms Air 刘金玲 for bring me the box to keep food for my wife. Also thank all team for very welcoming and support. Myself have good experience at hotel. Look forward to stay in next time.

The room was super spacious and spotless, with all the little things thoughtfully prepared. The staff were warm and attentive, and I really appreciated the small extras—they made me smile. Such a lovely experience!
