We loved it. A special mention goes to the staff who worked at breakfast who were incredibly friendly and kind to our daughter

Room is big for ibis hotel standard. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. The only thing is smoking is everywhere, but they did give us non smoking room. Check in counter when we first came wasn’t very friendly.

The hotel in Harbin, China was a delightful surprise. The rooms were spacious and stylishly decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm and hospitable, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. From the impressive breakfast spread to the comfortable common areas, the hotel provided a memorable stay in Harbin.

Roomy accommodations, clean and helpful staff. Breakfast included was ok, with not many Western options available, what was not an issue for me but can be an issue for other travelers. Location is relatively far from city centre but nearer to the Ice and Snow Festival venue.

The service was excellent, especially Pengpeng at the front desk, who was really friendly. The breakfast was delicious, too. Thank you Harbin, I will come again!

We mainly went to the Ice and Snow World because the location was very convenient and we could quickly get to Sunac, which was also very close. The hotel service was also good.
