No explanation on the breakfast that were inclusive, got to pay extra but no bill given to explain on the extra charges.

Great stay

It's in downtown Phoenix, the surrounding environment is nice, and the facilities are also good. Due to a change in plan, I needed to check out one day in advance. I communicated with Ctrip several times before the free cancellation date, but failed. Ctrip seemed to have booked through another channel and had no say. When I tried to communicate with the front desk when checking in, the waiter had a bad attitude and coldly refused.

Booked it for a friend, should be good, very close to the conference center and very convenient

The facilities are a bit old, the room is clean and clean, and the dining is convenient. There are two choices in the lobby, and there is also a gift shop

Overall good, very quiet
