Room is clean but there were not enough cups for 3 ppl in a room. We needed to get more from the restaurant. Soundproof also was not very good. We were bothered by the noise upstairs in the night.

This is one of hotel that I never meet before in China , such a good services provide to customers. Since from yesterday I check in and staff escort me to room that avoid I lost direction.Due to my mother stay in nearby hospital and need surgery in the morning. I can’t eat breakfast and hotel side prepare breakfast for me to take away , specially highlight front office staff name , 燕，ithis warmly action show care to hotel guest and make me so touching . No doubt that I will be coming back for near future and bring my family travel for leisure next time

TOILET TOO SMALL

This is my second stay. I was very satisfied with my friends last time. This time I brought my parents to play and they were equally satisfied. The customer service communication was also very smooth. The serviced apartment is very cost-effective. Although it is about two kilometers away from Qinghui Garden, the bus stop is downstairs. If there are many people, it is cheaper to take a taxi - the taxi fare in Shunde is cheaper than the bus! My parents can't believe that the fare is so cheap! Fengcheng Restaurant downstairs from the hotel is also a time-honored brand, and the morning tea is not bad. In the future, you can consider going here directly after getting off the plane in Guangzhou. Living here plus the transportation fee is more comfortable and satisfying than living in Guangzhou. I will come to stay for a long time in the future.

I brought my kids to Shunde and picked this hotel randomly, but it was very cost-effective and convenient to go anywhere. You can get there in ten minutes by taxi! There are fun things to do downstairs! And the baby said he slept very comfortably!

In the end, there are only fast and super speeds in the mall. The nearest charging station is also far away from the hotel, which makes the trip longer. Lost budget. In addition, the room hygiene was not very good. The first room smelled bad after turning on the exhaust fan. Finally, the staff said that the exhaust fan should be turned on to bring the smell into the room. After checking the situation, they moved us from room 1707 to the next door. 1706, but the room card had to be replaced by myself in the lobby of the third building, because the staff said she had to get off work and it was difficult to return the room card! After changing rooms, I didn't dare to turn on the exhaust fan anymore, so I had to open the door to take a shower, otherwise it would be too hot! The floor was not high, so it felt a bit oppressive, and the floor was dusty. My daughter’s socks turned black when they walked on the floor, so I asked them to put their slippers back on! The advantage is that there is a washing machine, but you still need to bring your own washing powder or beads! WeChat's steward was very slow in replying. When I first asked where the slow speed was, he responded that he was on the first floor in 15 to 20 minutes. But when I couldn't find it, I asked again and he stopped replying. Finally, I found out through trip.com that there was only one on the ground floor. Fast charging! The bathroom is too small and there is no separation between dry and wet! Breakfast is okay, the place is small, but the food is plentiful! Many special Shunde foods are available! I hope the hotel can add slow charging and deal with the problem of channel odor. It should be easier to deal with the floor cleaning, otherwise it will be a waste of surrounding facilities!

The room is spacious and has a washing machine. The breakfast is rich, including double milk and coffee. There are McDonald's, a department store, and many supermarkets downstairs. It is cost-effective. The only drawback is that the TV is unstable.

It was generally comfortable, but the only drawback was that the apartment did not have separate dry and wet areas for drying and drying underground!
