Harbin Hotels with Bars

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.

I upgraded to a suite. I went too early and the room was not available yet. I was provided with a room to rest in. The environment was very good and it was a butler-style service. It was very welcoming. The internal facilities were not old and were better than expected. I experienced the century-old elevator and decoration. , the overall experience is very good, the location of the hotel is very convenient, diagonally across from Madier, in the center of Central Street, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle, very convenient for eating and shopping, the children also have fun playing, I will choose it again if I have the opportunity Grand Mansion

Hotel is excellent. Location is good for viewing. But not too good for strolling around. However service level is kinda bad in my opinion. The previous hotel that I stays in beijing is much more attentive and helpful. Especially in helping us foreigner which is not really good in chinese to get didi, look for location. In beijing, some even help us book for us with their didi. However in ritz, Staff there tend to half ignore to drive us away. Although they do not sound impolite, but the unwillingness to help is clearly seen. Thus i would rather figure it out myself.

The hotel is at a prime location, within walking distance from Zhongyang Street. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful as well. There are light bites and different beverages at the lobby for the guests. Room is very clean and comfortable.

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Thanks Air and Geoff for your high level of service. ALL other staff helped as best they could and always had a smile (5 stars to all employees). Amazing view of the river. Good location, easy access to markets, attractions and everything. We found that it was true value for money. For the price we paid, we got more than we expected. The room was spacious and clean. Very pleasant experience. Would stay again at the price we paid.

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

The hotel has a good overall feeling, free parking, and convenient transportation. It is right next to Zhongshan Road, and the bus and subway are also very close. The service attitude is great. I stayed in a family room, which was large and clean. I will stay here again next time I come to play!

This is my second time staying in Erbin. The day before arrival, the hotel room manager will call us to inform us about the check-in time. We specifically requested that we not stay on the 7th and 8th floors for fear of carrying our luggage. After arriving at the store, the front desk gave us a room on the 6th floor and the room was upgraded. The guest room is quite spacious, and the bathroom has an automatic sensor washlet. It's just that the water in the bathroom on the sixth floor is a bit unstable, not as good as on the second floor. The smell of the toiletries is also what I like. The hardware is OK and the software is good. The service staff at the front desk are very polite and actively cooperate with us to handle our requests. They also take the initiative to help us carry our luggage. Thank you Dada! It is worth recommending to friends who need to stay in Erbin!

The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable and soft, and the sleep quality is extremely high. The design of the guest room is simple and generous, and the space layout is reasonable, which is very suitable for both work and rest. The hygiene is very good, and there will be a special person to clean and tidy up every day. The quality of the bedding is also very high, allowing people to get a full rest after a tiring day.
