Harbin Hotels with Bars

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.

First time travelling to Harbin, the service here went above and beyond. Every time we returned to the room, our bed was made and our clothes were freshly laundered. The hotel couldn't possibly have a better location, right in the heart of Harbin's walking street. The staff were pleasant and attentive, always greeting us in the morning. The breakfast at the restaurant was nice, not very western, but it was nice nonetheless.

A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

The hotel is at a prime location, within walking distance from Zhongyang Street. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful as well. There are light bites and different beverages at the lobby for the guests. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Location is good, but a bit pricey. Quality of front desk staff inconsistent. Some are proactive esp Ms LL but the male staff on duty at night seem less organised and haphazard. Gym has only one treadmill and is in the basement which feels a little creepy. Washing machines helpful but one out of order (and it seems from other reviews, for some time already). Most outstanding would be the breakfast crew of middle aged ladies. All chirpy, enthusiastic and polite! Breakfast mainly Chinese but a good variety. Rooms offer great strong heating or air conditioning, and powerful showers. The housekeeping is efficient and polite.

The hotel boasts excellent accessibility to public transportation, being just a few train stops away from the ice festival venue, with a cable car station castle and subway (Youyi Gong) conveniently located across the street. It is also within a short walking distance to the nearest mall, which offers a wide variety of dining options. Our family truly appreciated the location. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by a service officer—a lady who assisted us with our luggage to our hotel rooms. She exhibited a friendly demeanor and a commendable service attitude. Additionally, when we were departing, another staff member, whom I believe was named Geoff, helped us with our luggage into the taxi. His friendliness and willingness to assist were noteworthy. Despite the simplicity of their roles, it requires considerable effort to engage with numerous guests daily while maintaining a positive attitude, and they deserve commendation for their dedication. The hotel also features a laundry room with staff available to assist with laundry, which we found to be a thoughtful touch. I particularly enjoyed the additional fruits, tea, and desserts provided in our rooms after housekeeping, offering a delightful surprise after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was generous and reasonably priced. The primary drawback of this hotel pertains to cleanliness. While generally tidy, being an older establishment, it could benefit from increased attention to detail, particularly with vacuuming the carpets. Replacing the carpets with vinyl wood flooring could mitigate dust accumulation and be easier to maintain. Overall, the cleanliness issue is not particularly critical, as we are not overly fussy. I believe the hotel's prime location and the exceptional service provided by the staff significantly enhance its value, and I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

The hotel has a simple and elegant European style, and the interior decoration has a nostalgic feel. The breakfast is delicious, especially the beef is so delicious! The location is convenient to go everywhere, and there are plenty of parking spaces. It was a very satisfying stay!

How to say it, it exceeded expectations too much. I booked the hotel temporarily. Just for the sentence in this good review, ”If the full score is 10, I will give 15 points”, I want to say that I have stayed in many hotels, and this is the only hotel I want to write a small essay to praise. When we arrived at the first floor of the hotel, the housekeeper and the waiter greeted us with a bow of more than 90 degrees. It was really a bit flattered. The lady at the front desk upgraded our room. The housekeeper gave us a comprehensive introduction to the switches and various facilities in the room, which was very considerate. The bathroom brand is good, the bedding is very comfortable, and the experience is very good. When I left, I happened to see the aunt cleaning, squatting on the floor to clean the carpet, and the hygiene details were full marks. You can order Chinese and Western food for breakfast. We ordered steak, and afternoon tea was also 100 points. The location is very close to Harbin Pharmaceutical Factory No. 6. It is a good stay experience and worth recommending. The hotel is located in the northern suburbs of Harbin, far from the city. It takes 1 hour to get to Central Avenue by subway, and more than 1 hour by other means of transportation. The hotel is in the park, the environment is beautiful, there are few people, there is a barbecue restaurant inside, it is delicious, the escape room shop can relieve boredom, and there is a supermarket downstairs. But what is unreasonable is: if you drive here, you can only park your car outside. The hotel has no parking area. Because it is in the suburbs, it is very unsafe. Another unreasonable thing is that the entrance to the hotel is at the exit of the park, and takeaways cannot come in, but can only be delivered to the front desk. After going to the front desk to pick up the meal, the stubborn security guard would not let me enter through the red gate of the hotel, and I could only go around to the entrance of the park next to it. I picked up the takeaway on the 21st this morning. This stubborn security guard watched me enter the hotel, but did not let me enter through the red gate. I had to go around to the gate of the park next to it... Isn’t the red gate specially prepared for guests staying in the hotel? Isn’t the hotel a hotel in the park? It is reasonable to have the entrance outside. Shouldn’t there be a dedicated door to enter the park? It is unreasonable to have to push the luggage into the park... Five-star service can only be four stars because of this security guard.
