It was good stay, near city Centre, decent staff, hotel has own cab service, spencer was very helpful

Wouldn't come back, old hotel and I get that there are limited options in Harare but still does not live up to the price. Service lacked luster, if you ask someone for something staff would take ages and rarely did I see a smile. Ordered room service, staff took cash and did not return change I had to call and go down myself 1.5 hrs later to get the change Asked for one page of paper printer was charged 1 USD for one page complete rip off Never coming back.

You can't put your order on the bill even if you stay for 5 consecutive days. Sometimes you charge for water and sometimes you don't.

The corridor smells very rotten and not fresh.

The hotel location and parking lot are very convenient. It's nice to have such a breakfast in Africa👍🏽
