Fantastic staff and a great place to get pissed. Had a great time with great prices. Can't comment on rooms because I'm not staying here but lovely views of the city and everyone around loves a chat. Great selection of drinks and to the music ain't bad either

Amazing!!! My stay here was fabulous. The bed was so heavenly I didn’t want to wake up and leave. It was unfortunate that I could only spend one night there. Breakfast was awesome, many options were available. I was treated well from the start with a welcome drink, baker service and more. I hope I can return one day soon.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at the Somerset Westpoint for about 3 months in 2021, waiting for the permanent house we had found to be available for us to move in with all our furniture. We got a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor, with an amazing view overlooking West Lake. Beautiful place, modern and stylish, all the furniture and appliances were just in perfect condition. The outdoor swimming pool (probably around 25m long) is wonderful and never crowded so you can actually swim for your daily exercise if that is part of your routine. They also have a great gym and a virtual golf practice that seems to be state of the art technology (but we never used it). So the place itself is amazing, modern and charming, pristine clean, and greatly located in Tay Ho. But even more outstanding maybe is how nice everyone has been there with us during our stay. From the housekeeping to the front desk staff and the management, everyone has just been wonderful to us (and I am not saying that just because we got a totally unexpected special chocolate treat on Bastille Day – we are French…) Impossible to mention everybody here but we would like to give special mentions to the ones that we remember the name of and that we had a special relationship with: our dedicated and meticulous housekeeper, Hoang Diu, who took such good care of our home during these three months; Kylie Quynh who was able to locate for us the manufacturer of some of the furniture at Somerset that we wanted to get for ourselves, Mr Mitchell, always so nice and pleasant, and of course Miss Minna, always smiling, who made me feel at home with her great French speaking abilities and who gave us as a souvenir an orchid from her garden that is now in ours. Also, I would like to mention someone that we have never met in person but that we exchanged a lot on WhatsApp with, Miss Doan Thanh Huyen, customer representative, who helped us with the logistic of moving in and out, and who has proven herself to be an amazing incarnation of “customer satisfaction first”. We have travelled a lot, in many different countries, and I have to say that this place really stands out. Big thanks to all the team for making us feel so comfortable and wishing you all the success that you deserve!

Very good accommodation experience, very close to the beach, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. At night, you can go to the beach, eat seafood, and drink beer🍺. When I went there, it was a stormy weather, so I didn’t swim in the rooftop pool for a while Circle, it's a pity! Go again next time!

Great staff at reception, helpful. Clean place and enough for travellers with families. Next door coffee shop and food available.

My family first stay in the hotel for 5 nights, then we moved to Halong City for 1 night, before returning to Hanoi Lotus Hotel for the last night. The hotel did not arrange for our airport pick-up due to some miscommunications. We got a room with the balcony. The family rooms that we got were big, comfortable and rather pretty. The hotel also helped us to keep most of our luggages when we moved to Halong City. Most importantly, the staff's service were excellent. They were warm, friendly and very helpful.

The apartments in the picture do not correspond to reality. We had to climb to the 5th floor on foot along a narrow staircase. The room looks very tired. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens on the street from the room. There are huge problems with hot water - you have to wait 10-15 minutes for it to finally run 🙃 but it can remain barely warm :) There is no hood in the toilet... all the moisture from the shower goes into the room. The staff is very diligent, trying their best to resolve all problems. Help with luggage up to the floor, good daily cleaning. But they don't have disposable slippers - in the room there are ordinary plastic slippers that look like they're already a couple of years old. Breakfast is good. Good selection of buffet. But it’s from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 9 there’s practically nothing 🥲 Juices are heavily diluted with water

The experience of staying in this apartment hotel is quite good. It encapsulates best of amenities, well maintained rooms, extremely very good swimming pool, very impressive gym area, fairly good kids zone, play area, garden, spa and many more. Rooms are quite comfortable. This apartment hotel is located little inside main road it takes 500 meters from main road to reach it. The restaurant serves international buffet in breakfast. The hotel has small grocery store inside hotel which is very convenient for every one.

The room on the first day in Vietnam. Book for 2 nights at Ako (6400 yen)! There is a large temple (admission 400 yen) just 1 minute walk away. A 15-minute walk will take you to a train photo spot. A 20-30 minute walk will take you to the old town and the lake. I like that this place is calm and not noisy. There is also a 24-hour coffee shop nearby. The fare from Noi Bai Airport to here was around 1800 yen by Grab even though it was late at night. Amenities include coffee, tea, water, free soap and shampoo, toothbrushes, knitters, shavers, and paid drinks. The room is clean, air conditioned, and has good water pressure. It gets a little cold at night in Hanoi at this time of year, so I was glad that the shower had hot water right away. The receptionist is also kind! Wi-Fi was available at the reception desk and connected to the one on my floor, and the communication was comfortable. When I asked to smoke, there was an ashtray in front of the room, which was great. No smell at all!

Located in the center of the old town, I booked considering access to the place I was intended. The location was perfect, and it was a variety and satisfactory place such as restaurants, event halls and souvenir shops nearby. Also, the hotel staff was able to spend a great time with only the boy, the counter, and others 々 also kind and polite.
