First impression was not as expected but based on the price I would say ok as I am staying just for a night. There are other better hotels around. If you are not fussy, its considered acceptable.I could leave my luggages for 2 days before Icomeback for it. They also provide laundry service. 24hrs ready.

This hotel was amazing! Cold air conditioning, hot water, great location. It’s down an alley so pretty quiet but still close to everything. The people at the hotel were incredibly nice. They arranged our transfer from airport, laundry, and bus to Ninh Binh. It was a great hotel and we will definitely stay there again!

Nice place, worth the money and the staff is very helpful the location is best as it is in the old quarter restaurant, tour spots, coffee shop is all over the place it is near the cathedral too

The room was overall pretty dirty with a half drunken water bottle in the fridge and fake eyelashes on the wall in the shower. Furthermore most of the stuff in the room was broken and glued back together and the shampoo was watered down a lot. But the staff was super freindly.

The hotel staffs are really nice and helped me settle down in Hanoi and helped me with my laundry. The room they gave me is also very spacious. Near alot of restaurants

There are many mosquitoes in the room and it is not very clean. The water pressure in the shower is very low. The air conditioner is not very strong...it will be extremely hot during summer vacation The quilt is a very thin sheet...it feels super weird Except that the price is a little cheaper + the location is pretty good behind the church... the rest is just bad I definitely won’t order it next time!

It's located in the old town, close to St. Joseph Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake, making it a perfect place for sightseeing and wandering around town! The facility was old and had some concerns. But I think it's worth the price. The people at the reception were very kind and treated me kindly even though I couldn't speak English at all. Although it was quite early in the morning on the check-out day, they greeted me with a smile, waited with me until the Grab taxi arrived, and even took me outside to see me off. I was really happy. I think I'll stay there again when I go to Hanoi!
