typical boutique hotel in the Old Quarter district , the difference is in the service which I rate it 6 Star ⭐ service , Lucy and Tracy at the front desk are professional and more than helpful , you have to give this hotel a try to experience the outstanding service 👍👍

Convenient location in the Old Quarter. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Lucy goes out of her way to remember the names of the guests. Delicious pho at breakfast!

The hotel location is ideal to explore the city. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious! Only complaint is that the double bed was two single mattresses together so lying together in the middle was uncomfortable

Love the hospitality of the hotel and warmth welcoming staff when we arrived. The location was strategic to explore the busy hanoi 😊. Room a bit small but complete with amenities, ac, heater, separate bathroom and closet so i can take turn with my hubby to use it.

I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The location is amazing you are right in the old quarter but on a quiet road so the noise is minimal at night. The staff are amazing so friendly, lovely and happy to help with many recommendations, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service and pleasant stay

Pros: Breakfast is excellent. Staff very friendly. Easy to walk to various locations. Cons: Hotel is on a busy street so taxi is difficult to pass thru. Noisy even at midnight on the streets. WIFI is not very good. Shower has some hot water issue (not enough hot water coming thru).

This lovely old-fashioned hotel was perfect for my 6-night stay, providing a welcome oasis of peace and tranquility in the most hectic part of Hanoi's Old Quarter. I loved returning there to relax at night. The staff was incredible, meeting every request. They moved me to a better room after one night because I wanted a shower rather than a tub. The corner room was spacious and quiet on the 8th floor. There's laundry service and a great spa for massages. They serve a complete breakfast in the elegant bar/restaurant, which also offers drinks until midnight. Just a wonderful experience where you can easily walk to the lake, restaurants, attractions, and everything you might need. I'd stay here again 100%!

Overall very good. Staffs are very friendly. Massage and jacuzzi were very nice. Breakfast is also very good.

Staff was friendly and will do their best to help you with your needs. They even helped me pack some breakfast as I had an early morning flight to catch. Thank you!
