No any service and pick up from the airport no have cleaning room and I see big cockroach in toilet but it was okay

The worse hotel ever. Saw the cockroach beside the bed. And the service is really bad. The lady acted like we were staying there for free. Guess what they treated for breakfast? One piece of banana 😂 Only benefit is very near from the airport.

The service isn’t good since while I was staying there my keycard has a problem that can’t unlock the room then we inform the owner of the hotel , he was unhappy to solve the issue. He just acted he didn’t want to speak with us. I think he was very hurry to back to play his games.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in since Ho Chi Minh City. The walls are damp, the cups are placed in the closet, and the quilt cover is dirty. You have to put on the quilt cover yourself. The facilities are extremely simple. I dare not use the things in the room. The bed sheet seems to have not been changed for several years.

Service needs to be improved. hot water is not available Room is large and clean.
