a very convenient location, with shops, cafes nearby spacious room, with a renovated washroom. however, a leakage of the sink. luckily, not too serious breakfast is basic, but acceptable with the room rate

The location and the price for this hotel are pretty good which is why I would also come back. I booked a room with windows but got the cheaper one without any which was pretty inconvenient, wouldn’t recommend booking it. Got an upgrade for my second stay some days later but not the best room as mentioned before. It has everything I needed and I can recommend it if you are looking for a cheap place around the city.

The hotel is well located for access to old Hanoi and the downtown area. We had a pleasant stay and everything was as expected. No issues and amenable hosts

Staff were helpful but spoke little English. Room was basic. Toilet was not maintained very well with stains and rust. Location was good with many food options nearby.

We had a pleasant overall stay in this hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe room before and that was nice and spacious, length wise. We were happy with the stay so we booked for another day after our trip. This time we stayed in the standard room. It was a pleasure surprise how spacious the standard room is too! The rooms are as in the photos. The only thing that bothered me in both rooms were the shower head holes being stuck, so water was spraying all different directions when taking a shower. Oh and our standard room had a window which would equal no window, because there was a whole wall blocking the view and any daylight.
