The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a good breakfast and spacious rooms. However, one thing to keep in mind is that they might assign you a twin bed, so it’s best to confirm your preference with them in advance. Unfortunately, despite my request, they didn’t fix this issue. The room had a balcony, and unlike many other hotels, it was quiet at night. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were quite nice. They also had a minibar with reasonably priced items, and the hotel café served delicious and affordable food. Another great feature was their motorcycle rental, which costs 200,000 VND per day. For just 50,000 VND worth of fuel, I managed to ride around the city and even covered 40 km while still having half a tank left. The location is convenient as well, close to major attractions like the Old Quarter and the Presidential Palace.

Hotel far away, every time need to use taxi. There is a spider in the room, there was also a cockroach in the room. The guy working the night shift was polite and changed the number. Thank you very much to him. There is no exchange of Chinese yuan in the bank across the street, also in the hotel they temporarily did not change money because "there was no cash". A grocery store is 10-15 minutes away. And on the other side of the overpass, with a transport interchange, and men sitting by the fire, and to cross the street is a big problem. Another man working the night, I was asked to make a late check-out. As a result, he didn't change it and in the morning they asked the reception to check when I was leaving.

We stayed here on our last day in Hanoi and decided to choose a hotel in the city center, as it is only a 30-minute drive from the airport. The hotel is located about 1 kilometer from the Old Quarter in a peaceful neighborhood. Amenities include a sauna, a rooftop pool, and a gym. Our room was clean and spacious, just as advertised, and it featured a bathtub, which was a plus since my boyfriend loves soaking in the tub. The staff were accommodating and assisted us with all our inquiries. A breakfast buffet for two is included.

The apartment is very comfortable. Fully equipped apartment. Towels are added free of charge. The landlord was really enthusiastic and responded very quickly. Good security. I'll definitely be back.

Such a very good hotel!! Good price and good hotel. Can not find any others hotel with same quality. Please book a room with bathtub and you will never regret! Room is good with wc, big window. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the view from gym room and swimming pool. They offer us a wonderful decoration and birthday cake 🥰🥰 Highly recommend!!

The room was clean and cozy that made me feel like home . The reception was very helpful. The solved all my problems quickly. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. Everything was perfect. Definitely coming back!!!!

It’s was nice stay except Location was not good. Also there is no lounge in rooftop. It’s just a rooftop with pool.

It was ok but the hotels a bit out the way and had to travel by taxis or motorbikes

Great little hotel with nice small spa. Had one of the best massages ever, little sauna and pool on the rooftop where you can watch the organised chaos of Hanoi roadcraft!

A good hotel, great service. I joyed my stay. Receptionists can speak basic English. They will go extra mile to satisfy you. Just don't give them your white clothes to wash 😃
