S79 Regal Hotel Hanoi Reviews

Good.

We booked two rooms, but when we arrived it was already evening. However, they said one of the rooms had been sold to a traveler who was taking a break for a few hours, so we had to wait until the traveler checked out and cleaned the room before we could have a room. The road is very narrow and there is no way for cars to pass each other. The road was still closed the next morning, and cars were unable to get through the gate. It doesn't matter if the room is old, but if the cleaning is not done well, it will make people feel horrible. I hope the hotel can see my small suggestions and make improvements. If the cleaning issues can be improved, I wish your business will prosper in the future!

I'm used to the local atmosphere so I personally have no complaints.

Because it is a small hotel, there were some language communication issues, but we used a translator so there was no major problem. Lotte Center Hanoi, which opened recently, is nearby, so it's easy to walk to, and a small lake is right in front, so it's good value for money.
