The place is clean friendly staff, everyone is helping us to book everything all in all good service and we love to booked it again and recommend to our friends and they even upgrade our room.

Lobby interior was cosy and have lots of paintings to lighten up the atmosphere 😍 Staff was very friendly as usual and this is my second time staying here in a week and the staff remembers me 🤩🤩 Highly recommended for everyone to stay here and i will definitely revisit this hotel whenever I am back in Hanoi ☺️

Best Best Best Best place to live when you are in Hanoi. Great location, basically the last to get on and thd first to drop off for all the tours. Walking distance to everything. Great staff, special thanks to Celina. Also great view for breakfast.

The staff were all good specially the manager she is very responsive and very kind she is so accommodating, the location is nice and the breakfast is just okay with the price i highly recommend this budget hotel

Generally speaking, the hotel room is very clean. The breakfast is rich, with fried rice, rice noodles, fried eggs, and Western fruits. However, the overall level of hotels in Hanoi is worse than that in China. Most hotels are converted from single-family houses. This is also the case. Compared with domestic hotels, the room is similar to Hanting Youjia. The scale of the hotel is much smaller than Hanting.

The hotel is very clean, large, cost-effective, and the service is very good. They lent me a socket charging adapter on the second day, and helped me arrange a driver to the airport in advance on the last day at a reasonable price. Environment: Nice Breakfast: OK, nothing special, the TV is just for decoration (not connected to anything) but I don't particularly mind

The staff was really friendly and the room was clean. I booked a place close to the stop to catch the sleeping bus to Sapa the next day, and they even prepared breakfast for me, which was really nice.
