Blue Hanoi Hotel Reviews

Hanoi was a bit chilly when I went in November, but the hotel had a bathtub, which was great. The hotel staff were all friendly and the place was clean and well managed. The hotel's breakfast can be enjoyed leisurely on the 9th floor while looking out at the outdoors. The menu changes slightly every day, including bread, Japanese food, and rice, and you can choose from them. It's not as extensive as a buffet, but it was perfect for breakfast. This is the hotel I would like to stay at again next time I go to Hanoi.

The hotel's location is great. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and accomodating. They always greet you with a smile. The breakfast is also great. If I get to go back to Hanoi, I'll definitely stay here.

If you search on Google, BLUE HA NOI HOTEL will come up. Be careful because there are hotels with similar names. You can walk to Old Quarter Town, but it's easier and faster to take a Grab. Breakfast is on the 9th floor, and if you ask for coffee, they give it with condensed milk. Quiet, clean, and friendly.^^ They even leave your luggage, so it was easy to travel on the first and last days.

Although this hotel in Hanoi is small, it has all kinds of facilities. It is not far from Hoan Kiem Lake and 36 Old Streets. In particular, the handsome guy Xiao Ruan at the front desk can speak Chinese. My phone cannot install the Vietnamese taxi app, but Xiao Ruan uses his phone to help you book a taxi and display the fare. The service is really good. Recommend this hotel for independent travelers and family trips in Hanoi!

When I booked a two-day stay on Ctrip on the first day, I saw that the room was clean, well-equipped, and elegant, so I immediately booked another four nights. I went to have breakfast on the third day and found that the breakfast was good. The hotel waiters were warm and thoughtful, especially the boss lady, who was warm and heartwarming. I was very satisfied with the nutritious combination of breakfast. I like this breakfast more than in star-rated hotels. The boss personally checks and manages it every day. It's awesome. If I travel to Vietnam again next year, I will still choose blue hotel 👍

The cleaner seems to be very thorough. It is easy to ventilate, but if you do, you will have to breathe in Hanoi's fine dust. Still, it is a good place.

The location is also good, close to the old town. There is a front desk who can speak Chinese, which is very convenient. The service attitude is also very good. The hygiene is also good, and the overall cost performance is good.

The hotel is close to the old town, and there are small shops, convenience stores, and ATMs around the hotel, making it very convenient. The front desk and breakfast restaurant were very friendly and made a very good impression. Breakfast was not a buffet, but a set menu. The Bun cha was delicious. The room was clean and had a bathtub, which was relaxing. I would like to stay here again.
