La Teisu Airport Hotel Reviews

We booked this hotel for an overnight near the Hanoi airport. The location was reasonably close (A$10 taxi fare) but in a very dodgy looking area. Arrived at 9.30pm and walked a few blocks looking for good but no luck other than potato chips and beer. The room was up a flight of steep steps and very basic. The bed was okay. Shower/bathroom was one wet floor room including a western toilet. Aircon was okay. Linen may have been clean but somewhat stained. Sleep was disrupted by aircraft, rooster, 5.30am someone running downstairs, lots of talking from 6.30 am through thin walls and eventually jackhammering that felt like it would appear through the ceiling at any moment but fortunately we got the dust particles. We skipped breakfast and escaped by 8am. No plan to return but met the owner on exit who explained she was building a second hotel next door and the attached video shows the work in progress but not the jackhammer attempting to demolish out wall 😄. She seemed very nice. In summary it's probably an okay hotel for a backpacker but not many westerners would be love it

The room looks clean, but the comforter smells strong detergent which makes me believe if the rinsing of laundry is sufficient? The biggest issue is with 5 floor in this building, but there is no elevator. So for people who use it as an airport transit hotel, it is not convienet , although owner helped us carry one of our luggage upstairs and stained redt in a storage room. Also there were a few mosquitos in our room when we arrived.

We stayed here to be close to the airport. The staff was helpful, bringing our luggage to our room and giving us the choice of room between a few on the floor.

My experience was exillence, room was so clean, behaviour was so friendly, also near by area, they booked car for me, all time helping me, thanks to huong she helped me a lot 🙏💞😊 ,so friendly behaviour and kindness, thankyou so much,i will again visit your hotel

No frills stay near the hotel. Service was excellent and the people there were great. They served a basic breakfast on demand and it was a short, uncomplicated taxi ride to the airport, perfectly as advertised.

We came in late evening from Siem Reap and had to go to the airport for our connection first thing in the morning. I didn't want or need to go back into Hanoi, we just needed a clean quiet place to sleep. Had heard of these airport hotels and wanted to try it for fun. The Owners were very kind. It had 3 super twin beds and air conditioning. The room was absolutely spotless. They offered beers for sale for $.80. We got a great nights sleep. I the morning they served toast and a fried egg, bananas and coffee. Just fine for our needs and only $26. per night!!

The owner is really helpful, very clean, very near the airport, and the price is really justified

Bathroom was a bit mouldy. Pick up was scheduled for me but it was not a hotel service but a booking made. If you gave grab app, its probably a bit cheaper. Reception was sleep in when I arrived and the aircon did not work. It’s decent enough for a layover but I didn’t dare shower…

The overall service was superb! I appreciate how accommodating and considerate the staffs, they allowed me to check in early. The room was spotless!

You feel shocked on the owner asked you out because the government rules. No English service, all service rude. Hard to communicate.

Booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and was not disappointed with the service. The place is simple but offers what you need for a night layover. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. There is a breakfast service which is quite enjoyable.
