Response from Property: So what do you want to show by this? When you checked in, we informed you that the global cleaning service would be working today, and not because you told us to do it. Also, the photo of the dirty curtains that you showed us, you did it before this cleaning and you are blatantly lying. In terrible hotels, the staff does not think about the health of the guests and does not call the services as soon as possible. Your bed was fresh and clean. your booking was from 3-8 but you arrived on the 5th and demanded to be checked in. when we refused to extend the booking until the 9th you called us rude and our reception ******. while the cleaning service was working in your room you didn't tell them to wipe some dust for you but came to the reception and demanded another bed. slippers are offered in the house in case you don't want to walk around barefoot. not all guests remember to take off their shoes. when the hotel was being cleaned globally you were very unhappy and now you're sending such photos as if your requirements are for a 5 star hotel but you probably don't have money for that, that's why you hate everyone so much that you took the photo outside the living area? everywhere in Vietnam in hostels there are no washing machines because it is a hostel and not apartments. in the showers there is free shower gel as well as hand soap, you had to open your eyes, but while you were looking at small details to do something nasty, you did not see all the benefits that we give to guests, everything that you showed in this review is about you, since you only see **** around. did not even dare to come to breakfast while other guests were happy and our toilets are not small, it's just that you specifically didn't fit in because of your ambitions :))

Response from Property: The key card that we give to guests contains the most detailed information including the room number, bed number, check-in and check-out time, phone numbers, breakfast time and Wi-Fi password, but unfortunately some guests do not want to read and see easily accessible information, it is easier to ask again several times, but the point is that everything we do is for your convenience. We always say what floor the room is on, the toilet and where to go, and there is also a huge sign with the room number on each room.
