Overall, it was a perfect stay. The staff were very accommodating, the rooms were clean (I booked twice), and the buffet breakfast was superb and healthy. Highly recommended, especially for solo travellers like me.

I stayed in a mixed room. I, a single girl, was put in a room with 5 guys. There was a razor in the bathroom, the toilet was not flushed, things were scattered around the room. But these are situational things and here it depends on your luck with the neighbors. But the main minus is that there is a bar upstairs of the hostel, neighbors (including from other rooms) drank until the middle of the night. The hostel has poor soundproofing and it was impossible to sleep in such conditions. The next night I moved to another hostel. Pros: + clean bed linen + normal water in the shower + great location in the center + good breakfast. Cons: - noisy, poor soundproofing - don't give a towel - potentially drunk neighbors because of the rooftop bar (but for some, the bar is a plus) If you are a young person and are planning to have fun and drink in Hanoi, then you probably won't find any downsides to this hostel. If you need a good night's sleep, then this is definitely not your option.

We arrived from the airport past 2 am and we were happy to be accommodated by the front desk officer . We took the dorm type since we only stayed for 7 hours and checkout for Sapa. Everything was worth the price except for the bedding who has a spot of blood on it.

Great receptionists, the cleaners are attentive when requesting something, good breakfast and worth your money. You're right next to Beer Street and only a 10 min walk from the lakes and cafes! It's a hostel, so of course it will be small and full of different people (mainly young and European) people coming in at 4am and putting their bags in the loud locker etc... bring headphones lol. Shower is fine, clean and warm, towels can be rented for 30k, a bottle of 1ltr water is 10k. Tours can be booked there too such as the Loop and Halong Bay.

Perfect for meeting people and deciding where to go on your trip. The staff is super kind, and beds comfy. People kept inviting me to join their tables and friend groups which is a rarity in the world, and a treasure for a solo traveler.

The hotel s facilities is no good. But breakfast is reall good.

Room was very humid and we found a cockroach.

The location is perfect to enjoy night life, the hostel is very clean with a great service, I highly recommend this place.

It was a good experience the food is good but the stuff is not so patient specially the local guy

Great location and super cheap

Great hostel, loved my stay there, however one thing is that there is only one toilet per room and one toilet for the whole bar, which can lead to some pretty long queues

The room was very clean and cold, all the staffs were so nice and helpful. Also love the dogs (they follow you to the dorm room sometimes!)
