We have known the hotel since 2018 and it was great experience. 5 years later the infrastructure becomes older but the service is still fine.

The toilet spray gun (bidet spray)is strong with a tiny tiny spray flow that’s really hurt your sensitive body. The electric plug is really hard to plug your smartphone charger in. One day, we could not open our room’s door by using hotel card. The hotel operator said there was low battery on the door-lock and needed to recharge. The view from 7th floor is very good with balcony, you can see St.Joseph cathedral from there. The hotel operators are good service and very helpful with everything we asked.

Really nice hotel, friendly staff. Location really central, but super crowded as well. Waiting for cab/Grab takes quite long…

The hotel is situated in a great location. It's not a high-end luxury hotel, but the balcony room had a great view of St. Joseph's, the hotel was pretty clean and the service was very good. It's hard to beat this hotel for the price. And the front desk people were incredibly nice and helpful. Highly recommended if you're traveling to Hanoi on a reasonable budget.

This is a functional hotel, located in the heart of Hanoi's tourist area. Despite being in the hustle and bustle, the rooms are quite quiet.

Room is a bit small. But the location is extremely convenient, near the old town, lakeside, very convenient for walking. There are also many eateries around.

It was my first time traveling alone, and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. For breakfast, you can enjoy rice crackers, bananas, and corn tea for free!

The air conditioner was very weak and hot. The manager and manager were at odds with each other, so on the first day of the trip, because of the air conditioner, I couldn't travel properly and only took my energy. The location is good.

Location is very good. There are many tourist attractions within walking distance, such as Hanoi Old Quarter and Hoa Lo Prison. Recommended if you want to enjoy the bustle of the central city. I stayed for a few days, but I was a little dissatisfied that I was placed in a different room than the room I reserved on the first day. Something was always lacking in the amenities provided in the room every day. The room is fairly clean. The outlet is a multi-type compatible type, and Japan's A type can also be used. Laundry service can be sent out in the morning and picked up in the evening. Overall, I had a reasonably good stay.

The location is near Hoangem Lake in Hanoi, so it is easy to access local restaurants and tourist attractions on foot. I stayed for two days, but on the first day, I was assigned a room on the lower floor, which had a window but was blocked by a retaining wall, so it was very frustrating... The room was right next to the front desk, so it was exposed to noise... On the second day, I requested a room change. The hotel front desk staff were pretty friendly. The tour official introduced by the hotel (operates with a desk in the narrow aisle right next to the hotel) cannot communicate after selling the product. Cleaning was taken care of.
