I didn't expect the hostess to be so nice and friendly, her main job is as a tour guide. I texted her to suggest some places to visit in Hanoi and I thought I was lucky because she was free at that time and she took me straight to some famous places. I felt the quality of the room was at 4 stars, it was quite comfortable and quiet like at home. Maybe I won't rate too much about the room because I felt okay but what I like most is the quality of service of this hotel is very good.

I booked a room here and was very hesitant after reading a bad review of this place by a guest. But I finally decided to give it a try and I found it was not as bad as I thought. The owner of this hotel was very nice and she bought me some fruits. The room was also quite nice and clean. She gave me a room on a high floor. I didn't see the towel so she asked the staff to bring it to me 5 minutes later. I will come here again.

A very bad apartment. The description and the pictures are different. I took photos and sent them to the housekeeper within 10 minutes of entering the room. The bedsheets were stained, with hair and yellow spots. It was a disgusting thing. I had no place to rest late at night. I kept taking videos for her. They didn't change the room and were unwilling to refund. What's the point of asking me to take videos? In the end, I didn't live in the room and didn't have to pay the check-out fee. I suggest you stay in a better hotel. This kind of apartment building has no service, is dirty and messy, and all the rooms are like blind boxes.

The facilities are clean, the night view is good, and it is close to Korean restaurants in the Miding area, so it is a convenient place to eat dinner. And the owner of the house is kind. He sends a text message in advance via KakaoTalk to confirm the reservation and takes great care of everything. If I come back to Hanoi, I would like to visit this place again.
