The hotel next door is better though the rooms here are bigger😔 The facilities are not bad. They should hire more people to work.

I think it was one of the most comfortable accommodations without mentioning accessibility, convenience, breakfast and cleanliness.

Room well equipped and good service in the front desk and G floor reception. Really appreciated the front desk manager let me earlier check in then much convenient for my outside activities.

Lotte residence is located very strategically, plenty of Japanese restaurants nearby, cleanliness is top notch, staffs are super friendly and kind.

Lotte center downstairs can provide the easy access for food, clothing and daily need.

This is service apartment and room space is excellent. Facilities is also fantastic. Breakfast in Lotte cafe is also very good. For sure will come back again next time.

The environment is first-class, the service attitude is very good, there are shops and restaurants downstairs, and there are cafes nearby, which is very convenient for family outings. Children also like it. The surrounding facilities are complete and the hygiene is very clean!

The room is a large suite with a very reasonable layout and a comfortable living room. It is located on a high floor, which is enough to have a panoramic view of Hanoi, especially the night view. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is a bit cramped.

I always book this hotel every time I go on a business trip. It is considered a better hotel in Hanoi. The rooms are large and have one bedroom and one living room. The service is also good. There are many restaurants nearby and it is convenient to get in and out.

I usually use Lotte Hotel, but this time I used the residence for 2 nights and 3 days for the first time. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are well-equipped. For breakfast, the staff looks at the menu on a tablet and chooses for you. It was delicious with a bit of a buffet. Check-out time is noon, so you can get ready at your leisure. Lotte Hotel is good, but I think condominium type is also better.

The location is convenient. There are supermarkets on the ground floor of Lotte department store downstairs and a Food court upstairs - everything you need.
