We had to book this accommodation after an issue we had with our Airbnb, which meant we wanted to check in almost immediately. Although Ember couldn’t be there to assist us with check in (understandably) he immediately messaged us instructions for what to do and made it easy. Upon entry to the apartment, we were very happy with what we saw and we found no fault with it. Clean and a nice space to live in with a balcony, washing machine, cooking facilities and a water fountain for drinking! The only 4 star we give is for location, as it is a bit out of the centre, but is still only one Grab ride away. Thank you Ember for your hospitality! We will return if we are ever in Hanoi again.
