I really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store. Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it. The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders. I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

Its very hard to find the location.

The hotel is located in a remote area with dense buildings. You can't drive there, you can only walk or ride a bicycle. The rooms are not very good either. The same room is priced higher as a basic room or a superior room. There is no electric kettle in the room, the bath towels are worn out, and the bathroom is not ventilated and has flying insects. The network in the room is slow and the signal is particularly poor. It is not recommended.

The quality is very bad, the access road is extremely remote and difficult to travel with a lot of luggage.

Much quieter than the more expensive room. No own kettle. In shared kitchen.

The landlord is friendly. The other day, I accidentally wore the wrong pair of slippers. I still left the new pair I bought for him. I felt less guilty.

This location is not recommended for first-time visitors as it is an alleyway that is not easy for taxi drivers to find. The taxi fare from the airport to the destination is also quite expensive. The owner did not welcome me very kindly, and what I found most difficult was that there were significant limitations in language communication.

Because the flight was delayed, we didn't check in until 23:00. The service staff were still very enthusiastic and the internal facilities were complete. The only drawback was that the location was difficult to find and the street was very dark at night.

The owner is friendly, caring, helped us rent a bike, the hotel itself is located in a densely built-up area, it is not accessible by car, only on foot or on a bike. The room is clean by Asian standards, the mattress and pillow are comfortable.

The location is a bit awkward, too remote, the rooms are not very good, the bathrooms are outside and not ventilated.
