The location is excellent, in the middle of markets and restaurants. The size of the hotel is considered small, which makes it quiet and not crowded, not even at breakfast, and the ease and speed of response to any request. There is construction work next to it.

Good value for money, but you shop around for a better hotel. Don’t get the room with no window. It feels claustrophobic!

The hotel is honestly pretty amazing for the price and I am a repeat visitor. I booked a room at 11pm to check in at 5am the same night. There was staff at the hotel to help me check in even though it was a weird timing for them and pretty last minute. Rooms were true to picture and fixtures/furnitures were of quality. I love the constant hot showers! There was an eccletic selection of food choices for breakfast and I loved what I ate.

Good value for money. Hotel is about 10minutes walk from the heart of old quarter, so it’s a little quieter. Breakfast is very basic - just went mostly for coffee and fruits.

Nice little hotel with fantastic customer service. Central to the heart of Hanoi. Very comfortable and clean. Only downside was that the breakfast vibe was a little depressing and also very small selection although food offered was tasty. Great price and would stay again.

I liked the location a little bit away from the business of the old town. The rooms were little small but very well done and very quiet. Staff were helpful and spoke enough English. Check in and out was quick. The price worked for me and the journey to the airport was not more than 30min taxi

We reached Hotel Du Monde Classic at 6+ am after taking a sleeper train to Hanoi, and I was glad that one hotel staff was around to check us in. The room was a little smaller than I thought considering that it is a suite, but it is clean and has the necessary amenities. Hotel breakfast was however a little disappointing as the food was all cold by the time we went for breakfast at 9am and there was only one lady in charge of everything there, with no other staff to take our orders. Food tasted average.

Really clean hotel, break fast is simple but sufficient, Staff is accommodating.

The place is nice and neat in terms of its price range. Simply speaking, it did gave me a “wow”. Nice one.

More quiet area but within walking distance to hoan kiem lake.
