Nice little hotel with fantastic customer service. Central to the heart of Hanoi. Very comfortable and clean. Only downside was that the breakfast vibe was a little depressing and also very small selection although food offered was tasty. Great price and would stay again.

Hotel was clean and pleasant

Very nice Hotel, good Location and nice Cafés and Restaurant Just across the Street.

It is a little bit away from the old town of Hoan Kiam, so it is not crowded. You can walk to the old town and it is easy to catch a taxi on the weekend. Breakfast is not provided, but there is a Michelin restaurant nearby.

The staff's service is friendly and good. However, it was my first time in a hotel without shower robes, and the air conditioner was not as cool as I expected as I get very hot. Other than that, I sent it without any inconvenience.

I booked a hotel temporarily. The room was relatively small, with a Southeast Asian style black wood grain theme. It was quiet, clean and had windows. The security guard at the front desk saw me sitting on the sofa and offered me water. The service was good.

A very good boutique hotel with very new facilities and beautifully decorated rooms. Although the hotel is not big, it has a luxurious lobby and a restaurant. It provides breakfast with local characteristics. The order did not include breakfast, but the hotel front desk lady was very nice and gave me breakfast.

The sanitation and other aspects are good, and the neighborhood is very convenient. But the room is not too big, it is really small.

The hotel location is a bit remote

Can be used as a hotel for traveling in Hanoi
