A25 Hotel Group Hotels in Hanoi

We stayed two nights at A25. The room we had was spacious and clean and the staff was really friendly. The ambience was nice and it was great that breakfast was included for the price. The breakfast was Asian style but some bread was available too. We pre ordered a cab to the airport through the service desk which was 250 Vietnamese dong (same price a grab would have been ) and we were able to pay by Visa card. The only thing we would have to mention is that the room felt a bit damp, since there was a missing fan in the bathroom and maybe due to weather circumstances.

Nguyen Thi Hoi, the receptionist and other staff were congenial enough to accommodate us. Service was superb, room is very tidy, location is good. Breakfast is delish and clean as well. They gave gifts to their guest on Christmas day. A must-come back hotel in Hanoi.

Although this hotel is a 3-star hotel, the front desk service and room equipment are very good. But breakfast is not self-occupied, it can only be ordered a la carte, and the menu is very simple, which is a major drawback.

Hygiene: Very clean, cleaned very carefully, and the bathroom supplies are complete. Facilities: You can watch Netflix directly on the TV, which is very good for free. Service: We will open the door for you and ask if you need relevant food.

Have the great stay.Having breakfast on 18th floor and it is well serve in buffet. Rich cuisines. If front desk men was speak better English and better hospitality mindset, I could have rate 5 stars for service. Location is bit distance from old quarter, be considerate about the taxi fees if you have planned to stay for more than 2days. All round rating is 4.5 for me with this price.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the cleaning aunt is also very good, the overall environment staff quality is good, the room facilities are humane, warm, the toiletries used are all international brands, the feeling is very good

Location: The hotel is in a great spot, central to everything, and many restaurants are within walking distance. Amenities: It feels quite homey. The rooms are spacious, and they have things like face wash, nail cutter & scissors inside the room. It’s a nice touch that makes you feel at home away from home. Breakfast: Beef Pho can be ordered from the kitchen. Otherwise, they provide simple spread including toast with butter & jam, coffee, tea, cereal, and seasonal fruits. Noise Level: The one downside is the noise. Being located on a busy street means there’s a lot of honking from cars and scooters, which can be very, very loud. If you’re a light sleeper, this is a big challenge. Hard Bed: The other challenge is that the mattress is very hard with no mattress topper, but for the price you pay it isn't too big of a set back. Overall, if you’re looking for a well-located and affordable place with a cozy feel and don’t mind a bit of street noise and hard bed, this could be a great choice for you.

I booked for my friend from the south to work, and was very good feedback.

I stayed at this hotel for one night because it was close to the lotus garden and I wanted to see the lotus flower, the national flower of Vietnam. It is old but clean. The staff was kind and explained various things to me using smartphone translation. Breakfast included porridge, bread, and fried rice. HaoHao, fried spring rolls, steamed meat buns, bacon, salad, fruit, cake, etc. It's not luxurious but it's enough. There are bia hoi and coffee nearby, but there are no fancy restaurants, so if you don't like local food, you should go to the city.
