Shangri-La Hotels in Hangzhou

The Shangri-La Hangzhou has provided me with legendary service. When I asked operator for a thermometer to check if I got a fever, they sent it to me very quickly. I measured the temperature and the staff watched it. As soon as she got downstairs, she shared the case to Front Desk Mgr.. Soon after, I received a call from the manager. She asked me if I need fruit to increase VC, and 4 waters. Moreover, she said that all medicine from Concierge can be sent to my room. I was deeply moved. Thanks to the FO Team, and I am grateful to stay with you again.

Excellent location & very friendly service. We booked a family room (with kid s decorations). It’s very convenient. But the only complaint is that the room doesn’t have a proper coffee machine with such price . The instant coffee doesn’t make sense and I had to order coffee from somewhere.

The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance to West Lake! Compared to the trial operation, it has improved a lot, and the suites have been upgraded. The color matching and light and shadow of the room are comfortable, and the peacock on the wall is lifelike! It's just that the hotel's Chinese restaurant and tea room cannot be charged for room bills, which is more troublesome! I love the personalized bathing project provided by the hotel's guest rooms, which is full of emotional value and worth the price!
