The first room we went to has a strong smell and we asked to change to another room. They responded immediately and assisted with the moving. Room was beautiful and intelligently designed.

The location is by the Qiantang River, and there are residential areas nearby. It is very quiet at night and suitable for rest. The disadvantage is that there is no business and it is difficult to order takeout. The room is clean overall, but the facilities are very average. Except that the small refrigerator does not cool well, the shower head suddenly drips in the middle of the night, the toilet automatically flushes when no one is there, and the light at the entrance flickers, everything else is fine. We chose this hotel for a family trip and had a very comfortable stay. The room was new, the slippers were high-end, and the mountain view outside the window was pleasing to the eye~ The TV was very satisfying to watch, with live broadcasts and members who could watch on demand. It was so happy to lie on the bed and watch TV after playing! Thanks to Xiaolong and Xiaolian at the front desk for their meticulous service.
