I stayed at this hotel for a few days in Hangzhou. From the moment I entered the hotel, the ambience, the friendly staff and the room was to die for. The hotel also provides breakfast which was a variety of Chinese and western dishes, a gym to exercise and a laundry room, where you can iron and do laundry for free. I highly recommend this hotel. I want to say thanks to the receptionist Xiao Yang for his help and professionalism during my stay.

The hotel is located near Qingchun Square, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. It's conveniently located for both the West Lake scenic area and the downtown shopping district. There are also numerous dining and shopping options nearby, and even a stroll through the area in the evening will yield a wealth of delicious eats. It's incredibly tourist-friendly. The hotel service is exceptionally attentive. From the moment you walk in, the front desk lady greets you with a smile. Check-in is quick, and she proactively explains the hotel's amenities and nearby amenities. During my stay, I wanted to borrow a charger, and housekeeping arrived promptly and with exceptional service, making for a warm and welcoming experience. The room itself was impeccable. Cleanliness and tidiness were paramount, and the decor was simple yet stylish. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly. The window offered a great view, allowing for sunlight during the day and a relaxing nighttime view of the city. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, complete with toiletries, and plenty of hot water, making for a comfortable shower. The hotel's public areas were also immaculately kept, and the lobby was simple and elegant, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast menu was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options. The food was delicious and catered to every taste. Highly recommended!

Location: The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, close to both Line 2 and Line 4, making it quite convenient for commuting in Hangzhou. The hotel is located in the core business district of Hangzhou. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Qingchun Square Station on Metro Line 2. Intime Department Store is also nearby. The location is simply amazing. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the exquisite French decoration style. The artistic chandeliers and fragrances made me relax instantly. The room design is so much to my liking! The floor-to-ceiling windows have excellent lighting. I especially want to praise the hotel's supporting facilities: the spacious underground parking lot solves the parking problem; the 24-hour gym equipment is brand new and complete; the self-service laundry room is equipped with a dryer, which is very friendly to long-term guests! Breakfast is the biggest surprise of this stay! There are rich varieties of Chinese and Western buffets, and the freshly made Hangzhou specialty Pianerchuan and freshly baked croissants are unforgettable.
