Beautiful and ambient, the front desk lady 小童 in building #5 was super helpful with my left belongings. However the sound proof in the hotel was poor. Large selection of breakfast buffet.

I was in the 699 group, but I made a mistake. I thought I booked the Xizi Hotel, but it turned out to be the West Lake Villa. This hotel is at the northernmost part of the West Lake, a stone's throw away from Gushan. Breakfast is in Building 1, on a small hillside facing the West Lake. After breakfast in the forest, you can see the whole view of the West Lake when you climb up the back mountain. This view is worth 200 yuan. The breakfast is the best of all the five-star hotels I have been to, and it feels great value. Below the restaurant is the Constitution Exhibition Hall, where Chairman Mao lived for more than 70 days. It is the birthplace of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China. Thinking of our hundred years of struggle and finally standing up, I couldn't help crying.

I booked it at the cheap price of 699, but found it to be a treasure after I checked in. The hotel is on Beishan Street, diagonally opposite the Broken Bridge, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Broken Bridge. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel, which is convenient for access. There are also many taxis, and I think it is more convenient not to drive. Hangzhou has traffic restrictions, and I am not familiar with the road, so driving is really awkward. Let's talk about the hotel environment. Except for the lack of a swimming pool, everything else is ok. I think the swimming pool is useless to me. The hotel is in Chinese style, with exquisite flowers and trees everywhere, and low-key. I must praise the breakfast, which is great. Not to mention the exquisite and delicious breakfast, even the plates, dishes, bowls and chopsticks are also very delicate. I think they are much more exquisite than those in Shangri-La next door. Thin porcelain, the hotel is so willing to take them out for guests to use, I am afraid that they will be accidentally broken. The room is not large, enough, and the ceiling height is very high, more than 3 meters, which feels good and not depressing. Clean and tidy. Electric curtains, sensor toilet. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste and combs are all good, and the towels are thick and clean. If you need anything, just call and it will be satisfied immediately. Anyway, I have strongly recommended it to my relatives and friends. There is only one small drawback, the drain plug of the wash basin is not tight, and it has no effect after plugging it, and the water still flows out. I like West Lake Villa very much. Currently, the best hotels in the West Lake area are West Lake Country (Liuzhuang) and Xizi Hotel (Wangzhuang). After staying in the two hotels, I discovered another Provincial Party Committee Reception Center. Except for the lack of a swimming pool, West Lake Villa is perfect in other aspects. It is very close to Louwailou and the West Lake is right outside the door. The location is comparable to that of West Lake Grand Hyatt Hotel. And next to Hangzhou Shangri-La and Yuewang Temple, it is very convenient for tourism.

Finally, I decided to come to this hotel, the birthplace of "West Lake Manuscript". The environment is a natural oxygen bar, with lush trees and plum blossoms. Compared with the reception of Ruijin Jinjiang Guangying Shengli Nanyuan, it is better. Hunan is comparable to it. When checking in at Building No. 5, the front desk Liu Zhi took into account the actual situation and upgraded the room and sent a meal for one person. I arranged to live in Building No. 2. Because I had to climb the back mountain and didn't know the direction, the building manager Zhang Zihan personally accompanied me to the entrance on the second floor. The room was cleaned by the auntie, and there were many choices for breakfast. I could also go to Xinxin for dinner, which was super value. If it is the same level, you can consider adjusting the toiletries, such as other hotels that use small bottles of L'Occitane or other brands, but the hand washing foamer and children's water are plus points. After a few days, I was satisfied with the overall experience. As for Xinxin, although the variety of breakfast at 1913 is not as rich as that at Shanzhuang, it is more refined. In addition, you can also listen to the stories of the Republic of China. It is relatively monotonous to read the text and pictures, but it is more vivid and lively after being told by Chen Bo in a long gown and holding a fan. Chen Bo's knowledge reserve is rich and solid. I still feel unsatisfied after listening to the whole thing. It is a cultural journey that cannot be missed when visiting Shanzhuang and Xinxin. The three of us had a full experience and will come again next time.
