開在西湖的酒店是不是都不缺遊客。
住了這麼多五星級酒店，唯一感受特別差的非他莫屬了。
1、最開始給的房間，房間裏還有蜘蛛網？請問平時的保潔在幹嘛？沒有提前檢查過嗎？
2、酒店的地毯很難拉行李，從我們下車沒人接行李，入住也是自己拉行李，禮賓部呢？？後面因為房間有蜘蛛網要求換房間的時候，禮賓部來説全天衹有1個人上班，我請問五星級酒店，衹有1個人？？？還説前台來引導我們去房間都是在幫忙？？？？
3、前台的服務態度也很一般，啥也不管，看到住宿的顧客不應該打招呼，詢問情況嗎？
再來杭州，基本不會再選擇這個酒店了

房間很好，視野開闊，酒店服務不錯，訂的外賣都會幫送到房間（小蕊），旅拍也很好，粧造和攝影都不錯，會去幫忙指導動作，在酒店裡麪拍照就有江南園林的氛圍
