Excellent location, walkable from HGH airport. Excellent view over the runway, from my room! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at several Manju hotels before and usually have a decent experience, but this particular location really fell short. The cleanliness was noticeably lacking, and it felt like attention to detail wasn’t a priority. Possibly because it’s near the airport, it seems more geared toward quick transits rather than comfort or quality. Even though I was entitled to a late checkout, I didn’t even wait—I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. Compared to other Manju properties, this one was by far the worst. Definitely not the level of hospitality I’ve come to expect from the brand.

I stayed in the hotel last night and was very impressed with the courteous service of the hotel staff. They allowed me to have a late checkout at 2pm so that I could go into the city to visit relatives without massive luggage. But one thing I want to remind the following travelors: better to take the Airport Shuttle Bus Route 1 or Route 3 at T3 or T4 instead of walking along the road for safety reasons. I walked on the road at night as I didn't know I could take an airport shuttle bus and would not recommend this walking practice for future reference. The breakfast was wonderful and itself was worth the price of the hotel night!

It's a very good location to stay for early flight or reach Hangzhou late at night. The room is spacious and theres a 24hrs convenient store beside the hotel. The disappointed part is the hotel stated free airport pick-up provided but at last inform too late and no service already. However, there's a free shuttle to reach the hotel. Therefore, it is still recommended to stay if you came in late and want to find a hotel to stay overnight before travelling to Xihu area.

Hotel has a good location five minutes walking from the terminal 4 of Hangzhou International airport. The room is spacious and clean. I didn’t eat the breakfast there but appears that don’t have many options of western food.

Booked for taking early flight. Was able to arrange airport pickup and drop off which was very convenient. The room is big and clean.

Really close to the airport Terminal 4 within a walking distance. The room was clean. It has pick up service but you have to wait for a quite long period, so if you don't have too many bags, you'd better walk there to save time. It doesn't have a laundry room. The breakfast was ordinary, not bad.

The front desk guy was very patient. the pick up service was smooth. Even if you don't have a local number just call through the in app call. Room was huge and the best part was the smart toilet bowl. It washes your ass and drys it.
