Amazing place, the unit is very well decorated and super clean. The location is at the middle of city square, only a few minutes walk to KLCC The PIC of the unit was also very helpful, would book again :D

I will not recommend this unit, it was not accommodating a-lot of the needs. Host was unresponsive i had to make multiple texts and then the host will respond. Not a single call was attended. Overall i regretted my decision to stay here. Only good thing was the location.

Checking In here was very stressful, the communication with the host was horrible as I have to wait at the property for an hour before check in. No parking provided. Slow response, wrong room number was provided, wrong mailbox number was provided upon check in. No smart tv, no cups were provided In room. Allot more issues, I wouldn’t recommend this place

Had a hard time trying to check in. Unorganized staff forgot to leave keys in the mailbox. Inconvenience for us since we had plenty of luggage just waiting around outside in the hot weather. Living room was clean except washroom showers. Response times for staff is not immediate either. Other than that very convenient area to stay. Pricing was appropriate.

The room is clean and tidy, and the overall feeling is very comfortable. The customer service staff is also very enthusiastic. They confirmed everything with me in advance before check-in. It is really a thoughtful service. I will choose you next time I stay.

It's better than expected. The room is clean and large. The ceiling is high. It's very close to the Petronas Twin Towers. There are also popular restaurants nearby. It's great!

It is just a short walk from the Twin Towers. The room is high and more comfortable than ordinary hotels. It also has a balcony, which is very comfortable. The location is also within the pick-up range of a day trip, which is very convenient. The room is also very clean and the customer service response is also very timely!

First, when we entered, the two towels used by the previous tenants were still hanging in the closet and the shared toilet in the room. Second, the tiles in the toilet looked unhygienic. Third, the bed frame in the master bedroom was dusty. Fourth, there was no parking space. We had to go out to park on the road or somewhere else. Since I had lived in the same apartment before, but with a different owner, the owner contacted us before we arrived and told us how to get the key, how to get in, and where to park. But this one told us that there was no parking in the apartment and we had to go out to park. This was very inconvenient for us because it was raining heavily and we had children. We also needed to take our luggage. It was really inconvenient to park outside and then walk in. It was not close. In the end, the guard let us park in the designated parking space in the apartment because there were so many of us and the children. Fifth, the hair dryer could not be used in the toilet because its socket was only for shavers. The hair dryer could not be plugged in. The curling iron 🔌 could not be used. Even the hair setting could not be done. But the location is good. It is within walking distance to the Petronas Twin Towers. But the location is still good. Walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers
