We booked the Doublebed 3 for a night. The room was really lovely and clean. The entire environment was peaceful. The hostel was thoughtfully decorated and exude the Zen atmosphere which was exactly what we were looking for. There is a bus station just right in front of the hostel, which is very convenient. The owners were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We arrived at the hostel quite late in the evening and most restaurants were about to close. They kindly called a nearby restaurant and asked them to stay open a bit longer for us, which we truly appreciated. Our journey wouldn't felt as complete without our stay here. If we have a chance to visit Hangzhou again, we will definitely stay at this hostel again.

Chuyou is a quaint and pretty homestay with a lovely aesthetic. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, each with its own unique charm. I especially appreciated the tasteful decor and cozy atmosphere. However, the tatami-style bed was too hard for my back. I’d recommend booking one of their upgraded rooms with a proper mattress for added comfort. A pleasant surprise was the high-quality bath amenities from L’Occitane—a nice luxurious touch! Location wise it is a very convenient short walk to the 隐市 and entrance to 灵隐寺. Due to traffic control, it is 10 min walk from the taxi pick up and drop off area. Recommend to travel light or pack a separate travel bag. Dragging luggage to the homestay and up the stairs into the room can be challenging. Overall, Chuyou offers a delightful quaint homestay experience

I loved this place! The staff were incredible - so kind and friendly and helpful. As a foreigner they made me feel truly at home. And the food was simply amazing! The room was beautiful and the entire space had a classical feel to it. The location is incredible. Right around the corner from Jing-an temple. And the greenery is just lush. I recommend everything about this place. I love it and hope to be back one day.

Beautiful hostel. The front desk were really kind and helpful and communicated very clear with me via WeChat. They offered special homemade soup each evening. The room was lovely and overlooked the garden. Bathroom was spacious and clean with a good shower. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent! There are lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearby and there is a beautiful walk to the temples.

The hostel is not accessible by car.. When we arrived in Hangzhou, it was raining, and the taxi dropped us at a bus stop, we had to carry our luggages through a small & muddy path, with the help from the receptionists. Everytime we got on & off a taxi, it was always at the bus stop. The rooms & toilet were small. I don't think it's worth the price I paid. The receptionists were very nice though, they provided us information about the city.

A very charming and peaceful guesthouse in the heart of the Feilai-Lingyin scenic area. I appreciate how quiet it is despite the crowds! I love listening to the birds chirping and the complimentary bedtime drink (osmanthus rice wine!). The room is bright and clean, with comfortable linens and nice toiletries too! What a relaxing pace! I will definitely stay here again! Very good service! Thank you to the staff.

The environment is very good! It is very suitable for a person to live here. Living here is also suitable for meditation. Taking pictures is also very good! There are many green plants outside the window. It is really pleasing to the eye! The lady of the homestay is also very nice. There will be kittens coming in to play at night, which is very cute. It has a different flavor here on rainy days, hahaha. Both indoors and outdoors are very beautiful! The room will have all the facilities, including shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, etc. The facilities are very complete. It is far beyond expectations😳 I felt calm all of a sudden when I arrived at this place. The location is also very easy to find according to the location given by the little housekeeper. It is also very close to Lingyin Temple! Breakfast is all coarse grains, which can replenish energy very well. I like it very much, hahaha. There will also be osmanthus rice wine in the evening, which is also very delicious and sweet. It is also very convenient to wash clothes. They will be dried directly and you can pick them up at the front desk. I think everything is very good, hahaha. I will come here to play next time🥰 (Because it is made of wood, the sound insulation is not particularly perfect, but basically no sound can be heard, so it doesn’t matter.)

I booked Mi Se, a very quaint little B&B with a very nice little courtyard. Occasionally, a kitten would pass by. The B&B also has a very cute kitten. It is only a five or six minute walk from the Lingyin Temple Square and very close to the bus station. If you are in a non-restricted time, you can take a taxi from the black stairs in the courtyard. The transportation is very convenient. The room is a bit small, and you can drink tea on the tatami.

It's pretty good. The room is very comfortable. I will come again next time. It's close to Lingyin Temple and you can walk there. Parking is also convenient. The housekeeper will contact you in advance about the arrival time.

The check-in experience was super good. Although the room was not big, it was thoughtful everywhere. The housekeeper was also very considerate. The sweet-scented osmanthus rice wine for supper was especially delicious. It was also very close to Feilai Peak Lingyin Temple, so you didn't have to get up early to enter the temple. Super praise! (*^^*)

The stay was very good. I was attracted by the scenery outside the window at first. After checking in, I found that the housekeeper and service staff were very considerate. The courtyard design was unique. The room was not big but clean and tidy, with few mosquitoes. The shuttle bus and attractions were just two steps away. It was very friendly to people with sore legs after climbing the God of Wealth Mountain 😂. My family members praised it highly... All in all, I will choose this place again when I come to Hangzhou next time!

The room was very comfortable and the interior was also very beautiful. I took some very nice photos on the first night of my arrival. They went viral on WeChat Moments. It was very easy to take photos both inside and outside the room. The staff's service attitude was also great. You can hear the birds singing in the morning. It was very comfortable and chill.
