Staying at the hotel left the best impression: convenient location, nice services. I really liked the European breakfast, there was American, vegetables and omelette. Very polite staff! The furniture in the room may have looked old-fashioned, but the room was very clean, with a soft mattress and all the necessary amenities. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no door between the room and the bathroom. It was very nice to receive a small compliment every day(yogurt, banana and tomato). Every day my room was cleaned, towels were changed and water was brought. My room was non-smoking, but unfortunately the room was opposite the elevator where people smoked, so the smoke was coming into the room. The woman at the reception helped me a lot with the necessary purchases online, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to ask her name.

Good - Two stops from Hangzhou East Station - 2 mins walk to metro - good food one station away - good bathroom - clean room - great view - great attentive staffs, thanks for the fruits - Did not hike room rates during national day Bad - Laundry room is hard to locate as it's label as staffroom. - No dryer in laundry room is kinda useless - dated decor. Needs refurbishment - breakfast utensils need deep cleaning. Bowls and cups are stained

The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. It is just 2 stops on metro line 4 from the East railway station, and about 25 minute didi ride to West Lake. The bedroom and bathroom are high quality with lots of amenities and the bed is comfy

Very good, spacious room, complete facilities, clean and tidy, thoughtful service, at night, a small robot delivered takeaway to the door. There is a bathtub and a shower, the water is good. When booking, I asked for non-smoking treatment, and the front desk also emphasized it. The room is well ventilated and there is no odor. The central air conditioner is a bit loud at night.

The hotel is a true 4-star hotel with complete facilities, rich and delicious breakfast, warm and thoughtful service, convenient transportation, and only two subway stops away from the East Railway Station! Special praise for the super-humanized front desk service. Because the train time is in the afternoon, the check-out time was extended to 4 pm! Thank you very much🙏

I traveled to Hangzhou during the May Day holiday. The hotel staff provided considerate service, the room was clean and tidy, and small snacks were delivered every day. There is Metro Line 4 at the door of the hotel, which is convenient for going to various attractions in Hangzhou. It is two stops away from Hangzhou East Railway Station, which makes travel convenient. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. I am quite satisfied with the hotel as a whole.

I chose a hotel close to the East Station for the May Day trip. The hotel fragrance was good. The breakfast was very cost-effective. The facilities in the room were relatively old, but fortunately they were clean and tidy. Especially the lady in the lobby was very nice and enthusiastic. There was a little episode when I booked it through Ctrip, but fortunately the lady in the hotel was very helpful and solved it smoothly. Carbonated drinks and mineral water were also prepared when I checked out, which was very considerate.

The hotel is very good. There is a subway station right outside, which is very convenient. The front desk has a good attitude and good service. They agreed to check in early and upgraded our room, which is very friendly to people who come out to play. Yogurt and fruit are given every day, and the breakfast is delicious 😋. Water and drinks are given when checking out.

The room is spacious, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich in variety, the hotel is in a prime location, not far from the subway entrance downstairs, close to Hangzhou East Station. When I arrived at the hotel at night, the front desk also upgraded me to an executive room for free, and gave me a drink when I checked out, which was thoughtful.

The room has good sanitary facilities. It is right outside Xintang Metro Station C, which is very convenient. Breakfast was provided, and a can of soda and a bottle of mineral water were provided when leaving. I will stay here again when I come to Hangzhou
