Newly renovated and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

The hotel was amazing, perfectly located with gorgeous rooms. The service was great too. But, this one guy at check-in flipped through my passport pages way too much, which was kinda weird. Other than that, everything else was top-notch.

The reception is amazing, at the same level of the best hotels in central Hangzhou. The location of this hotel is peculiar, a bit removed from the downtown area, but still close to the West lake. The room was great, recently renovated and with a lovely view of the mountains. However, some areas and corners of the older buildings have not been renovated, and it shows! For instance, the gym is disappointing, with very old equipment. And the swimming pool is in urgent need of repair and renovation: you can see that it used to be beautiful, and the concept of huge curtains hanging over the water was original; however now the dressing rooms are dated, the shower area is not the cleanest, and the curtains over the pool are old and dirty. In sum, this place looks like two different hotels: the main building with the lobby, the tea room on the 17th floor, and most of the bedrooms are fantastic, clean, and new; while the older sections (swimming pool, sport and leisure facilities) are run down and not exactly spotless in terms of cleanliness.

overall ok.  just the toilet makeup small bag not giving , but no notify at the small bag . 

The hotel is connected to a Hangzhou Metro station. The room is comfortable and clean. The only problem is many guests smoked in the building.

Good location for both business n leisure travelers. Nice service n food. In general all facilities is maintained well.

Stayed in the old room, but was told the new renovated rooms are execellent! Note, when you check in, ask for the new rooms!

We chose to stay at the Shimao Narada, and the experience was fantastic! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were captivated by the rich artistic atmosphere—a warm and inviting atmosphere, with butterflies flitting about, and a beautiful, fresh atmosphere. The room YY from the guest department arranged for us had a mountain view. It was spacious and had a great view. The decor was thoughtful, the facilities were complete, and the bedding was comfortable. I slept soundly every night. The surroundings are beautiful, and it's close to Hangzhou attractions, allowing you to enjoy the natural scenery. The hotel's basement is also connected to the subway for convenient transportation.

Let's talk about the highlights of this hotel. 1. Subway Line 6 directly connects to the hotel basement, making it incredibly safe to travel during typhoons. 2. The hotel also offers a rich breakfast, including delicious shengjian (a type of fried dough stick). All dim sum are small, allowing guests to enjoy a wider variety without wasting food.
