The hotel is very close to the alibaba headquarters. It's great if you need to be around this area. The room was super spacious and clean. The staff was helpful, and even when they didn't speak English, they used the translator, and we were able to communicate well. I will definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. Except the toilet room was a bit smelly, need to really wipe the floor to get rid of the smell. The staffs were friendly. My third time at this hotel and will stay here again.

Value for money, good service, kindness. The breakfast isn’t great, but we got it complementary for free so of course we can’t complain, just if I had paid for it I would have been a little disappointed. For the rest, it’s an excellent hotel

Absolutely fantastic value! The room is incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the breakfast is excellent. I want to extend my gratitude to the reception and housekeeping teams for their exceptional support, especially since I don’t speak any Mandarin. The free laundry service, unlimited bottled water, and ample tea and coffee were wonderful perks. Plus, the complimentary supper with porridge and dim sum was a delightful surprise. I highly recommend this place!

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially for a foreigner who has difficulty in engaging parcel delivery they try their best to help out kudios to all the staffs. Room wise is clean and comfortable. The pillow and mattress are so comfortable that you can doze off easily. They have their own brand of beddings.

Service was a little dingy since the lady at the reception was not so familiar with handling a foreigner. The room were really clean and spacious. The furniture and was good and I recommend the hotel. The location is next to a hotel whole street of restaurants and so getting food is easy.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the interior decoration are pretty and modern. The hotel staffs are also friendly and takes initiative to improve your stay. I had great experience resting at Atour hotel in Hangzhou.

The hotel was conveniently placed, the staff took a bit of time to check us in but overall it was a good stay.
